Hermosa casa bien equipada con fantásticas vistas, en la parte trasera, de las luces de la ciudad y las montañas. Esta casa se encuentra en una calle corta, sin salida, muy privada y tranquila. También tiene un sendero para caminar de 2,5 millas, justo detrás de él, que corre a lo largo del acantilado, con vistas a Corrales, la ciudad y las montañas. Estarás en el corazón de Rio Rancho, a solo unas cuadras de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes. Albuquerque y Corrales están bajando la colina. La casa está equipada con SmartTV y WIFI. Plano de planta abierto donde las habitaciones segunda y tercera están lejos del maestro. Esta es nuestra cuarta casa, vuelve y disfruta

Interior was good. Weedy entry. Pet friendly. Not related to a vineyard, which we didn’t expect, but was in survey???Manager best. Initial VRBO info very poor. Wrong house, wrong description, wrong location. We thought we’d been scammed!

Rio Rancho weekend

Our family spent 4nights in this lovely VRBO. Sadly, we were in the area for a funeral, but the home had a wonderful lay out, three nice bedrooms, and an inviting back yard space with a nice view. Nice home in a good, quiet neighborhood.

Christmas in Albuquerque

We were comfortable, the location was ideal for our purpose—a Christmas week seeing family members who live in New Mexico—and the hostess was very responsive when we encountered a few problems. That said, anyone considering this rental should be aware that there is not a working fireplace. I was fooled by the listing, and disappointed by its absence.

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay at this property while in NM. Everything was as described with great views from the backyard. Lots of amenities nearby and less than an hour from Santa Fe as well.

Property is well cared for and clean. Great location near necessity shopping. Neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic. Great view of ABQ / valley and sunrise.

Comfortable house

The house was very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. Overall a nice rental with just a few quibbles. There was a used Q-tip and lozenge in the trash can of one of the bathrooms. The leaves in the backyard looked like they hadn't been cleared in a few days, so we had to sweep them off to avoid bringing them into the house. Aside from those minor issues we wouldn't hesitate to rent the house again.

Very dusty with broken glass

The house is fine and the location was good for our purposes. The home had not been cleaned very well, there were food crumbs under the chairs, the hightop, and in the kitchen. It appears the cleaners only clean what is in the open and do not move any furniture to clean under it. There was a note about a broken glass table top, my wife stepped on a piece of glass on the floor, were were able to get it out of her foot. There was more glass around that table and it seems the same issue with the cleaning, if it needed to be moved to be cleaned, that was not going to happen. I am tall and could see that I could have written my name on the top of the refrigerator based on the amount of dust that had accumulated there over time. The tops of all the door jams had similar amounts of dust. Like I said, not a bad home, but in need of a severe cleaning and some more attention to detail as far as safety for the clients.

Cozy, comfortable home with great views

We spent a week in Rio Rancho to move our daughter into her apartment for college. This home checked all the boxes for that stay - reliable internet, separate workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, amazing views of the city, a nearby trail for hiking and quiet neighborhood. The views from the back patio are breath taking and our dog loved the trail directly behind the property. We will stay here again. Thanks!

Comfortable Home, good location

The house was very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. The home had everything we needed for our stay and cooking. The owner, Jenny, had very good communication.

Perfect VRBO Location in Rio Ranch NM

Very clean and plenty of space

Very clean and good location for us. We liked the house layout and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved having the big TV in the living room and the TVs in the master and other bedroom; everyone can watch their own shows. Labels on the light switches were helpful. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Wished the shower water pressure was stronger in both showers and the wall decorations in the bedroom with the TV could use a makeover. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property sits on a bluff, overlooking Corrales and Albuquerque. You can see the balloon park from the back yard. The sky's here are mesmerizing.
I bought this house in late 2018 and remodeled the entire house. I hope you enjoy
