The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful.I shouted my daughter and son in law.They are aspergers not easy for them to retain instructions.The staff was so understandable.Thank you very much

The building was over 50 years old and so was the mismatched furniture. The beds were uncomfortable. It only had water glimpses and was near a busy road. All in all very disappointing

The pillows were a bit dirty. TV was an older model, it needs an update so you can stream cast programs from mobile.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great faculties. WiFi would make a great difference. Mobile phone coverage is quite poor, so tethering not really a good option because of poor mobile reception.

The location of the unit was practical and close the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was close to all amenities - a great spot and unit itself was fully furnished.Unfortunately, the unit needs a major deep clean and there are spider webs in corners and around the inside windows.The unit also needs to be aired regularly as it was very stuffy and a bit damp.All the pillows should be replaced as they were all thin and over used.

Holiday in heavenly nature

We have really enjoyed the nature in Nelson Bay .the apartment could have been cleaner and cooler but it wasn’t We didn’t have Wifi and an aircon It was hard to sleep at night because windows were shaking at night making too much noise Bathroom didn’t have a fly screen either

Great location

This property is old and a bit run down. Beds were average. Had good kitchen amenities and lounge area was ok. Small balcony where you could see the bay. Great location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Across the road from a small carnival/park which was fun 10 minute walk to the shops

Deficiencies

My daughter and I found the property pretty good though we were disappointed with some aspects. Many visitors, like us, must arrive needing to use the toilet and have a cup of tea. We were very disappointed to find there was no toilet paper, no hand soap and no tea bags, milk or sugar. We’ve marked you down for these omissions and we don’t believe you mention them in the advice to visitors.

Its very disappointing to hear this as we do our best to make our guests stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. It seems like housekeeping have let us both down on this occasion. They are supposed to leave a welcome pack that contains soap, detergent, tea towel, cloth, tea/coffee, milk/ sugar etc. They are also meant to leave a roll of toilet paper plus a spare per toilet. They will be spoken to regarding this matter so this does not happen again. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
