COASTAL RETREAT is a modern stylish 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, beachfront with only a short stroll through low beach scrub.

Open plan Kitchen with microwave, under bench oven and dishwasher, dining, Delonghi coffee machine (BYO pods), lounge with large wall mounted TV, sliding doors leading out to undercover decked area with outdoor setting to sit, relax take in the uninterrupted sea views of Hardwicke Bay and its beautiful sunsets.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a wall mounted TV/DVD combo. 2 large air conditioners in the living area, ceiling fans throughout , bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loader washing machine, dryer and a bar fridge.

High Chair. Portacot.

Hooded gas BBQ. Fish cleaning facility.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 bunks - bed 3 - queen.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond.

Hardwicke Bay has a beautiful white sandy beach along with rock pools and reef for you to explore. There is also beach access for boat launching.

**WINTER OFF PEAK SPECIAL* - June, July, August, excludes long weekends and school holidays
10% discount on Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 7 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$325 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$275 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$220 per night

Bond is increased during peak season

Gorgeous , Loved it, More please!!!We frequent Yorkes several times a year, we found the standard & design features of Coastal Retreat well above other homes we have stayed at for a similar price. It's massive deck, quality beds, tasteful decor and cleanliness were all a pleasure. We felt so relaxed and felt truly able to switch off from life. Looking out to the huge ocean views and sunsets from anywhere in the open plan area was amazing. The house is positioned so cleverly, you don't even see the neighbours houses from inside or on the deck. Recommended with confidence, we will definitely be returning. Nola...

Perfect stay for families

We had a lovely stay at the Coastal Retreat, perfect spot for families. It's very well equipped and maintained would highly recommend. Will be back :)

Great view

This property was better than expected. The house has been cleverly designed so you cannot see other houses once inside (leave the front blind down) and it feels like you are nestled in the dunes. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the property was very clean. The view is excellent…we definitely recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: Although the accommodation was good the lack of any linen and toilet paper was a big issue as we all travelled from interstate to get to Hardwicke Bay and had to hire linen and buy toilet paper which in most places are provided by the owners. In addition the bbq was used on the first night- after we filled up bottle- but then could not use on the second night as think maybe a small hole in the connections or seal which then emptied the bottle o/n.

Well appointed kitchen and house in general. Delightful living/dining areas and great verandah area. More coat hangers in bedrooms would be good. Barbecue was uncleaned since last use and had mouse droppings on BBQ plate so we decided not to use it, sadly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous views ... so relaxing!

The house is basically brand new and everything is gleaming. We enjoyed the big deck and the indoor living space is a huge open plan area, with some incredible views out of all those doors/windows. When the sun hits the glass late afternoon it gets very hot inside, but if you put all the blinds down at the right time of day you can manage it - or blast the air-con for a few hours.

Beautifully located on the ocean

A beautiful spot overlooking the water. Quiet neighbourhood and decks points away from any other property, giving that sense of privacy. Huge glass windows to enjoy the views from the open plan loving areas

Wish we could stay longer...

Beautiful property, well located although swimming beach is a 5 minute drive up the road. Only drawback no comfy chairs to sit on that vast deck and enjoy those views other than outside dining chairs. Would recommend this property.

Loved it.

Everything about this house was impressive, most of all the expansive view and position nestled into coastal shrubs and surrounding garden of natives. House was extremely comfy, well organised and had everything you’d need. Loved the soaring roof, all the windows and hanging out on the big deck. Heaps of birds, quiet, tranquil, peaceful, beautiful. Fantastic. Had a perfect weekend and birthday. Many thanks.

Beautiful location

The sunsets on the deck were so beautiful! Just lovely seeing the water from the house. Providing internet access for guests would take this property to the next level.
