Welcome to Casa Bliss

This beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor unit in Peninsula Condo's, San Jose Cabo Mexico, has security and is gated. This condo is in the best location with views of the ocean and golf course. It's a short walk to the beach, on the San Jose golf course (Vidanta golf course) and is within walking distance to downtown San Jose and may other activities. The complex has an amazing large in ground heated pool and large sun deck. There is also a fabulous palapa that offers shade over a large entertainment area with tables, chairs and couches. It also has wireless internet so you can stay connected while poolside.

The Condo:
Your condo is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy. The condo has 2 sliding door walkouts to a private patio, with beautiful landscaping, has ocean and golf course views, with sun all day! The extended patio area includes dining area, bbq and lounge area expanding your living space outside to enjoy your meals or to sit and relax enjoying the views.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite with a new walk in shower and a sliding door walkout to your private patio. There is also a fold out awning over the master bedroom terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and trundle bed, this room can sleep 4 if needed and also has a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space for your belongings.

The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, blender, pots and pans, cutlery, dishware and bbq utensils. It has an over sized island with a new granite counter tops. It also has a water purification system that will give you peace of mind when making ice cubes for your yummy margarita's! You have flat screen TV's in bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet for Netflix (smart tv in living room and master bedroom).

The condo also has a washer and dryer should you need to do some laundry.

Location:
You are only a short 7 minute walk to the sandy beaches, and we have beach chairs/umbrella for your use. Uber's/taxi's are also just down the street and can take you to Palmilla beach within minutes - great swimming and snorkeling there with public washrooms and palapas. Pack up the chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and cooler bags (all available in Casa bliss) and head out. We also have 2 bikes available to ride - with bike paths that take you right to down town San Jose in less then 10min. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery stores, car rental companies (car rental also available in Royal Solaris hotel at bottom of the street), bars and ATM machines all within a short walking distance. When you're ready for a stroll it's only a 20-25 minute walk to beautiful San Jose where you will find wonderful dining, shopping, artists and culture. The Art walk is held every Thursday night (Nov. to June) a must see. Other great activities in the area include golfing, sports fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, surfing, hiking, Dolphin centres, ATVing, horseback riding and more. One of our favourites is whale watching and is best from mid Dec. to April when they migrate to the area to breed and bear their calves.

Downtown Cabo is only 30 minutes away by car, and other tours with transportation are offered from San Jose to downtown Cabo. Here you can people watch, experience the marina and local vendors, lots of dining options and tons of nightlife. Many great water activities to enjoy in the marina including sunset cruise, whale watching, glass bottom boat ride out to lovers beach which are in-expensive and well worth it (many water taxi's available! The sunsets over the mountains are breath taking!

You are only 15 minutes from the San Jose airport. You can catch an Uber, taxi or private ride, a taxi is about $15-$25.
