Short walk to "downtown" where the shops and restaurants are located. Also, short walk to the promenade and beach. Comfortable two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with gas fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Short drive to the Safeway grocery store.

Great Townhouse!

We stayed here while in Seaside for a sand soccer tournament and will absolutely look to stay here again in the years to come. It was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay.

Great get away

The house is in an excellent location. Walkable to numerous restaurants and the beach. The house in good condition. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

Overall nice but so many rules

The location and house itself was great. It’s run by a management company so very rule heavy. It’s plastered all over the fridge, and they want laundry partially done before you leave. You’ll get charged if “their cleaning staff takes longer than normal” whatever that means.. the check out rules states check out is 11, which they wouldn’t let me do. 10 am sharp, and they’ll remind you 5 times so you don’t forget.

Beautiful home in great location

The location was great. Fully stocked home with garage parking. We all enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and spacious with comfortable furnishings. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend!

We stayed here for a youth basketball tournament in Seaside and had a fantastic experience. The home was very comfortable, welcoming, and had a cozy, homey feel. The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the fun shops, the arcade, and the beach. My only minor complaint was the lack of a Brita or any filtered water option, so we had to drink from the tap. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider booking again!

Clean and cozy home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the check in/out process was clear and easy. We would love to stay here again. My only complaint was that Netflix wasn’t connecting on the master bedroom tv, but that wasn’t that big of a deal. It worked on the downstairs tv.

Seaside Vacation

This property was perfect! The host had the home well prepared. It was clean with plenty of fans for good air circulation. The location is ideal! We were able to easily walk downtown or to the beach. Loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Clean and cozy

We loved staying here. It was clean and cozy and so close to the beach. We were worried that our van (Chrysler Town and Country) wouldn't fit in the garage but it did. The check out process was easy. Would totally stay here again!

Lovely home, great location

We enjoyed our stay, and loved the ability to easily walk to the beach and to downtown Seaside, even with a 4 year old. The house was clean and nice. Challenges- the door code wasn't entered properly, and I had to call the property manager to gain access to the property, and the wifi information was incorrect, and again I had to contact the property manager to connect. Also, there were religious magazines around the house, which we did not appreciate.

Great property; poor management.

The home is fine, spacious and fairly clean. Great location a few blocks from all the activities and restaurants. Manager made promises because they had to delay our check-in by 4 or 5 hours, then ghosted us with zero follow through on her promises. Won't stay here again. No street parking, so if your car won't fit in the low garage, then look elsewhere. Our Audi Q7 fit fine, but I had to remove our bikes off the hitch carrier to drive down the steep part into the garage.

overall, it was great for a quick one night stay

we had a super short one night stay, and overall it was nice. the location was super convenient. we were able to walk to dinner and the beach was only a few blocks away. the house is very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. which we were so grateful for after a long day of driving 😂 we didn’t get the chance to use them, but we did notice the kitchen had a lot of amenities which is useful for longer stays!! what we didn’t absolutely love- it didn’t feel homey and personal. we walked in and were met with a list of rules, which is absolutely necessary but it felt a bit in our faces. i think having it in a welcome book would be a nice solution, rather than it being a whole list on the fridge. that aside, it generally felt like a hotel and was stiff. but i that just comes down to being a personal opinion, and whether or not you’re an aesthetics person. also, i would note, if you shower, i’d be aware that it will have to be super quick showers. after the first person showered, we ran out of hot water. and finally, when my husband and i went to bed we noticed there were dirty shoe prints on the sheets. all that to say, we were super grateful to have a place to stay. and if you’re looking for space for your family, this is the perfect size!!
