An apartment building located next to the main road, with 4 independent rooms, each one with its full equipped bathroom, small terrace, sink, plenty of space, vent, king size bed and hammock on the terrace. At the top of the building (third floor) an open space with great view of Zipolite beach with tables and relaxing ambiance. In the property, small communal pool, exclusive for guests and lost of plants. Washer and dryer available (not included on the fee). 200 meters away from Zipolite beach, 20 meters from a restaurant and grocery store, and 50 meters from basquetball and soccer courts.
