We travel a lot, but we have rarely felt as comfortable in a vacation rental as we did here. Everything was perfectly prepered, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely and home. If it were possible, we would gladly give more than 5 stars without hesitation. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great place to stay to relax!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was fantastic. If you want to be close to downtown Prague, this isn't the place to stay. However, if you don't mind an Uber or bus ride, this place was amazing!

Amazing penthouse suite with private jacuzzi and sauna. One of best places I have stayed on VRBO. Property owner and manager were great. Book with confidence.

Great house in a great location

A beautiful apartment in Prague 18. Everything was well-maintained and well-maintained. Checking in and out took a while, though. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and I would recommend it to everyone.

Everything was excellent! We were so happy with our stay. The owner has someone onsite to cater anything that may come up although we didn’t need much. Little market and restaurant on the complex. 15 min uber ride to downtown. Perfect place to relax but still close enough to everything if that’s what you would like also. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit our son and daughter in law in Prague!

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this apartment. It’s in a quiet location away from the tourism of the streets of Prague, yet close enough to enjoy the city on our own terms. The grocery store and cafe in the apartment complex made it so convenient to get food at all hours.

Very helpful property manager - interesting walking trails around the property including a WWII defense bunker, everything worked great. Only suggestion would be that if you are looking to spend a big part of your time in old town it is a distance from the unit - however Uber and local transit will get you there. Small grocery store (basics) & Restaurant (excellent meal) on site and a large Grocery store (inside a Tesco Mall) within 20 Minute Walk- overall super experience

A week in Prague

Having spoken to Kamil about his property we found him to be very helpful. When we arrived we were met by the property manager, she was very keen to show us round the beautiful apartment. The photos on the site don't really do it justice. From the views to the hot tub, the place was beautifully clean and so well stocked there was nothing more we could have wanted. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for a family staying self catering. There is a little shop with a restaurant next door to it just a minutes walk away, the little shop have all the essentials, while the restaurant is very reasonably priced and does great food (even for picky eaters!) The nearby park is well worth a walk round too. Overall our stay was excellent in this lovely apartment.

Gastgeber immer erreichbar, tolle voll ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Das einzige, was wir bemängeln würden ist, das es keinerlei Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse gibt. Dadurch ist es fast unmöglich, tagsüber im Hochsommer den Whirlpool zu nutzen. Das empfindet aber jeder anders. Das Auto haben wir nur zum Einkaufen genutzt (Supermärkte in 5 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen) Ausflüge in die Stadt oder den Prager Zoo haben wir ganz bequem mit Bolt gemacht.

Tolle Wohnung riesig groß mit eigener Terrasse. Ein Whirlpool eine Sauna alles top gepflegt. Einrichtung mehr als Hotelstandard. Freundliches Personal bei Übernahme ins Übergabe. Rundum zufrieden. Preis ist absolut angemessen.

Einfach PERFEKT

Unser Aufenthalt war toll.. wir würden eine 12 von 10 Punkten geben. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Vom Kaffee bis zum Bademantel, alles war vorhanden u perfekt durchdacht. Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch toll. Gab einige Tips für die Stadt, die Wohnung u die nähere Umgebung mit Restaurant Minimarkt. Natürlich war die Sauna u der Whirlpool ein absolutes Highlight. Wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen.

Penthouse Letnanske Zahrady

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen Wohnung in der obersten Etage des Hochhauses. Aus der Wohnung hat man Zugang zu einer riesigen, privaten Dachterrasse mit phänomenalem Ausblick, mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber, in einem gutem Zustand und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Fußläufig sind in wenigen Minuten ein Minimarkt und ein Restaurant erreichbar, andere Einkaufszentren sind fußläufig in 20 Minuten oder mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Metrostation ist mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen, zu Fuß ist man in 30 Minuten dort, eine Fahrt mit dem direkt vor dem Haus abfahrenden Bus ist auch möglich. Die Vermieter Kamil und Stepanka haben uns viele Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Einkaufsmärke und weitere schöne Plätze in Prag mitgeteilt.

Sehr zum Empfehlen

Es war einfach Traumhaft.... Die Penthouse-Wohnung war jeden Cent wert. Die Bilder auf der Homepage trafen zu 100% zu. Zudem ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wenn wir nochmal in Prag unseren Urlaub machen, dann wieder dort.

Alle Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen!

Ausstattung und Zustand übertreffen den üblichen Standard enorm. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vorbildlich. Die Lage etwas ausserhalb stört überhaupt nicht und hat im Gegenteil einen besonderen Charme. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Es war so schön*

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 3 Pärchen zwischen 24 & 42 Jahren und hatten dieses wundervolle Penthouse gemietet, um mehr Komfort zu erleben, während wir mal wieder Prag erkunden. Die Anlage ist mit dem Auto circa 20 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt, die Gegend dort ust sehr schön, ruhig und man hat Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Türe. Dieses Penthouse ist in real noch viel schöner als die Bilder es vermuten lassen hätten. Alles sehr neu und sehr sauber! Die Betten sind superweich und bequem, das ganze Penthouse ist lichtdurchflutet. Es gibt nichts, dass es nicht gibt... die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bereit ein perfektes Dinner zu zaubern, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion, Bügelbrett-/Eisen sowie verschiedene Hygieneartikel sind vorzufinden. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. In der Wohnung an sich ist es etwas hellhörig, warum dieses Apartment nicht für laute Partys geeignet ist, dafür ist das Apartment aber auch einfach zu schick und lädt eher zu Wellness ein und gemütlichen Spieleabenden, so haben wir es gehalten.. draußen auf der Terrasse ist die Geräuschempfindlichkeit nicht hoch, dort konnte man auch mit mitgebrachter Musikbox und Wein im Pool und Sauna einen ausgelassenen Abend verbringen. Wir haben uns nachdem Aufenthalt sehr erholt gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar, haben uns noch geholfen eine Rodelbahn zu finden und sprechen super deutsch. Was auch sehr süß war, zum Empfang hat eine gekühlte Sektflasche auf uns gewartet :) Hier sollten wirklich nur Menschen buchen, die mit dem Eigentum anderer respektvoll umgehen, da alles auch sehr hochwertig eingerichtet ist(alleine der wirlpool ist von Villeroy & Boch) wer auch immer diesen einen Partyfreund hat, der alles kaputt macht und sich nicht benehmen kann, sollte ihn Zuhause lassen, der Schaden könnte zu groß werden. PS: Wir empfehlen die Reiseversicherung von FeWo mit der einiges abgesichert ist u.a Schäden im Wert von bis zu 10.000€. Viel Spaß, wir hatten ne coole Zeit.

Super schöne Wohnung

Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, hat alles super geklappt und war immer sehr freundlich. Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, einziges größeres Manko im Winter ist das die Heizung max. 22°C erreicht, aber leider wurden wegen der Außentemperatur nur 20-21°C erreicht. Ansonsten war es eine saubere schöne Wohnung. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren natürlich das Highlight und für vier Personen war mehr als genug Platz! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war auch mega! Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen :)

Luxuriöses Penthouse Aufenthalt

Wir hatten tolle 3 Nächte dort, alles da was man braucht und super schön eingerichtet, der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren natürlich spitze. Es gibt nur 4 Sterne weil wir echt Probleme mit der Heizung hatten, Die Dame die uns betreute hat sich zwar super gekümmert, aber wir hatten in Schlaf und Wohnzimmer nicht mehr als 19 Grad, was einfach sehr klar ist wenn man gemütlich sitzen will, an unserem abreisetag hatten wir dann ca 20 Grad. Noch ein Nachteil sind die Nachbarn, bei uns ist jemand ausgerutscht nach 22:00 , dann kam eine Frau hoch und droht mit Der Polizei wenn wir nicht sofort leise sind und sagt das das jede Nacht so war, da wir dir erste Nacht nur zu zweit waren und früh im Bett lagen kann das nicht sein. Trotzdem ist das Penthouse SEHR sauber und gepflegt.

Grandioses Männerwochenende

Absolut empfehlenswert für ein erholsames Wochenende in einer der schönsten Städte Europas. Verkehrsverbindung ist nicht ganz einfach, da Bus ab und zur U-Bahn notwendig, aber dann ist man in 20 Minuten in der City. Das Penthouse lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Purer Luxus. So haben wir uns das vorgestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
