Beautiful view, needs refreshment

The views and balcony are great. It’s a simple, small condo, which doesn’t bother me. However, the couch and chairs were in very poor condition and the kitchen items were not complete neither well organized. The cleaning was good in the surface, but if you look behind furniture and corners, not to my standard. Pillows need to be replaced and there was only one face towel in each bathroom in bead condition (multiple bath towels though). There were items inside the closets in a very disorganized way. Owners should find a better way to leave their stuff. If those items are correct there is good potential because the access to the beach and views were very good, floors and bathroom seemed recently remodeled. Management company seems also well organized.

Nice place for our family of 4. Very convenient to beach & pool with a great view of the ocean. Extremely clean. Would probably recommend some bedroom door locks & master bathroom for privacy but we enjoyed our time here & would definitely return. Everything was easy & convenient.

Smaller Than Expected

This 2 BR 2 BA oceanfront condo is located in an older building that has shows lots of wear and tear. The main rooms of the unit are attractively decorated but the both bedrooms need updating as well as the guest bath. The unit is much smaller than we expected and was rather tight for two couples sharing accommodations for one week. It felt cramped. The A/C supply to the master bedroom is poor. The room is much warmer than the rest of the unit. There is also a dehumidifier in the master that needs to be run at all times and requires frequent emptying (2X each night). The guest BR is located next to the A/C unit and runs loud all night. The ventilation fans in both bathrooms are loud and need replacing. The first night we noticed there were no smoke or fire alarms in the unit and brought it to the attention of property management, who was very responsive to our safety concerns. The following day they installed three alarm units.
