Ce condo calme et confortable au 4Ăšme Ă©tage se trouve Ă  trois bĂątiments au sud d’un hĂŽtel Ritz Carlton et offre la mĂȘme vue imprenable et directe sur le front de mer que les chambres les plus chĂšres du Ritz. La vue peut ĂȘtre admirĂ©e depuis le salon, la salle Ă  manger, la cuisine, la chambre et le balcon.
Ce condo récemment rénové et bien entretenu est dans une station fermée qui a quatre courts de tennis en terre battue et deux piscines. Il est situé sur une randonnée ombragée et une piste cyclable. A proximité se trouvent des terrains de golf, du kayak, de l'équitation, de la voile et du surf. WiFi gratuit, appels locaux et longue distance inclus. Chaises de plage, parasol, grande quantité de serviettes et draps fournis.

Beautiful ocean views!!! Homeowners were very sweet with leaving a lot of communications for the condo and included an assortment of restaurant and activity notes. Condo was fully stocked with the essentials making our stay very easy and relaxing.

Cynthia was an excellent host!! Lots of information and very thoughtful of our stay. Location was as described and perfect for our needs. Bed was too firm for our tastes, but seems right for most based on other reviews.

Very nice property

Condo was very clean and well accommodated. Being on the 4th floor allowed for a perfect ocean view and you’re only steps away from the beach. Everything you needed for your stay in this condo was thought of by the owner. Highly recommend, would definitely consider coming back.

The bathroom needs major help. The beach chairs were unusable. The unit was doable and again you get what you pay for.

Additional Amenities

The place was outstanding. Although not listed as amenities, I want to highlight that the lounge chairs on the deck were nice for enjoying morning coffee, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided, and the host also provided some coupons to local seafood places which were excellent while saving us some money as well.

Summer vacation at Amelia Surf and Raquet Club

Our condo was exactly as it was listed. Lots of extra touches by the owners to make you feel welcome. We’ve stayed at this complex several times but this was our first stay in the Parish’s condo. We can’t wait for our next trip to stay there again. I can’t imagine a more beautiful view from any other condo on Amelia. We loved our time there!

This condo is in a well-maintained complex on the quiet tree-shaded end of the island. On the back side of the complex is a hike and bike trail, and on the other side is the ocean with a sandy beach.
