We are the owners of two properties at NWPR, this one bedroom another one bedroom and, which we purchased in 2014. We live in New York State, and have been traveling to the Turks and Caicos Islands for 26 years. We are active in animal rescue, supporting the local SPCA and its associates.
Why they chose this property
Originally, we fell in love with Grace Bay, which in 2000 was barely developed. We started our ownership with a timeshare, but it quickly became apparent that Grace Bay was headed toward total develpment. We regrouped and looked for a more secluded location. The remoteness of NWP was most appealing to us. While it consists of 50 units, the property is expanive, and beyond our border there is nothing but vegetation and water for as far as the eye can see. It provides total peace and tranquility.
What makes this property unique
If you appreciate the quiet life, you will fall in love with the location as we, and many guests have. Relax in the immaculate unit, and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail either in the unit, on the patio, or at the beach. Examine the horizon for passing boats. Any sudden needs you have will be addressed by the staff with whom we have contracted to ensure your maximum comfort.
