This condo has everything you could possibly need, California King sized bed, flat screen televisions in bedroom and living room, couch, two chairs and a desk in case you need to get some work done while in town. It has YouTube TV, WiFi, DVD player and a washer and dryer in the unit. There isn't anything you will need that isn't already there. There is a wonderful patio with love seat, two chairs table and swing where you can sit out and enjoy the golfers trying to achieve their dream. TPT#21432544

Living in a Cave

This place is small, and even though it is on a golf course you can't see it because there is a 5 foot wall around the very small patio. The kitchen is tiny, and the cabinets are something you would see in a cheap travel trailer-black inside. The closet has no place to hang long garments or pants. The pictures look nice and spacious but it's not.. If you are a good walker, you can walk to old town Scottsdale.

Our Great Stay in Scottsdale

The condo is well appointed with all the basics that you need. Kitchen was great, we cooked many meals while we were there, but it is also close to several eateries that are all in walking distance. The only negative for us was that the internet connection was not the best. Otherwise we had a terrific stay and Damon was a great host and was right there when we needed anything.

Great place to stay for a month. Everything is right there such as golf, restaurants, shopping, church, gym, pools,walking trails,etc. The owner is easy to contact and handles any minor problems immediately.

Great location and quite comfortable for a one bedroom.

We had a great time. The location was perfect and convenient to grocery stores and other needs. We had easy access to walking and biking trails which lead right into several parks. Also very close to Old Town Scottsdale where there were many very good restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Great location, nice property.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo for the month of March. It was very comfortable for the two of us and we enjoyed relaxing outside on the porch and watching the golfers. We also made use of the two pools, work out area & being close to restaurants, golf and walking paths. Would highly recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

This condo is in the perfect location, right on the Continental Golf Course (public course), and a few miles to Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale and a short cab ride to the "entertainment district" (nightclubs everywhere) if you enjoy that. Baseball is definitely the biggest draw in March in which The SF Giants, Diamondbacks, Rockies, A's and Angles are a short drive.
