Nuestro encantador apartamento amueblado en el histórico distrito Hansa de Berlín se encuentra en el 3er. Piso del edificio frente a un hermoso
edificio de Berlín - muy tranquilo, entre el Tiergarten y el Spree, pero aún así en el centro de la ciudad.

El apartamento tiene una gran sala de estar con cocina, banco de la esquina y la televisión.
Gracias placa de cocción por inducción, ollas, cafetera, hervidor de agua, microondas, sartenes y mucho más es un buen desayuno o una cena íntima nada en el camino.
El apartamento ofrece en todas las áreas de acceso inalámbrico a internet.

El amplio cuarto de baño luminoso, con luz natural está equipado con una ducha a ras de. El dormitorio acogedor invita a relajarse después de un día con muchas atracciones.

La ubicación es el punto de partida ideal para los puntos calientes de la ciudad: la Puerta de Brandenburgo, el Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, la Filarmónica, Unter den Linden, Friedrichstrasse, el centro histórico de Berlín, KaDeWe y Kudamm y distritos escena como Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg y Kreuzberg son, , T. a pie o muy fácil de llegar en transporte público.

Quiet area but close to the train stop which takes you into the heart of the city within 5 mins. Some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby also. The accommodation was perfect as was the communication with the host,Martin. Would definitely stay here again.

This property involves stairs, but was a nice place for our needs. The host was excellent. We did not get our luggage jntil the third day, but he loaned us converters so we could charge our phones and suggested a good place to park our car.

Great little place in Berlin

We were in Berlin for the marathon, and this place was the perfect little launching pad for all of our activities. It’s located in a very cute little area of town, near a lot of green spaces, and a short walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean, and exactly as pictured! Very close to all of the main tourist spots, with close access to transportation. The host was very hospitable, showed us around personally and was readily available for questions/communication. Would stay here again and would highly recommend!

Perfect place to explore Berlin

This apartment is a great base to explore Berlin. We had only two days in Berlin. We could easily do most of our sightseeing on foot from there. The dock for a river boat tour is only 5 min away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The host is very helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location & wonderful host

Perfect location for exploring Berlin. Very comfortable apartment. Do be aware this lovely loft apartment is on the top floor of what in the US is the 5th floor & there is no elevator. The property host Martin was wonderful to work with & very helpful.

Delightful apartment close to Berlin sites and transport

This property is a comfortable apartment with many nice features. It is located in the Hansaviertel, an architecturally significant portion of Berlin. It is close to many Berlin sites: Victory Column, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Berlin Philharmonic, Tiergarten Park, to name a few. The property is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with many amenities close at hand, such as grocery stores, transportation (S-Bahn, U-Bahn), shopping areas in the Ku'damm, etc. The property is located on the top floor of the building with no neighboring apartments, so it is very private and nice. The whole process of check-in and check-out was quick. The property manager was very responsive and extremely nice. I had a relatively long stay in Berlin (16 days) and would definitely come back to this site if I return to Berlin.

Fantastic location

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. The location was perfect - close to everything yet in a nice quiet neighbourhood, and easily accessible by S-Bahn or foot. The only drawback was the four flights of stairs - but that is typical for older Berlin buildings. The place was very clean, and Martin was extremely responsive and helpful. When our train out of Berlin was cancelled, he was especially helpful in assisting us with navigating the Deutsche Bahn system. He was also ready with recommendations, particularly around cultural events. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect place to relax in Berlin

A gem of an apartment in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood steps from the Spree and a short walk to the Tiergarten. Traveled to Deutschland to race the Berlin Marathon and needed a place to stay close to the start. Martin’s apartment was the perfect place - clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind and relax in the days before the race. He was also incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of everything in Berlin (great restaurants nearby, too, as well as public transit to easily go further afield).

Great allocation

We wanted to be able to stay somewhere close to explore Berlin. It’s in a lovely leafy quiet street short walk to train and just one stop from city centre. Had everything we needed and lots of shops for provisions etc. Up 3 floors stairs with no lift… good exercise!! There are no windows to outside but has high lights. Well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Phenomenal springboard to discover Berlin

This apartment was just perfect for me to stay for a week and discover Berlin. The location could not be better! It's just a five minute walk to station Bellevue. Plenty of S-Bahn trains will get you to the Central Station in 2 minutes, and from there you can go anywhere. But the apartment is also just a nice, treelined walk (30 minutes) away from the Brandenburger Tor, the start of the historic city centre with its many sights. The apartment is on the top floor of an old building in a lovely neighbourhood. Be aware that you will have to walk about six flights of stairs (but the very kind host will help you with your luggage :)). Literally the only downside I can think of, is that the apartment does not offer a direct view to the outside other than out of the bedroom window (to the street) and out of the bathroom window (to the inner court yard). It does offer plenty of daylight through those windows and several skylights which also open. For a proper view you just walk 1 minute to the end of the street, over the bridge and take a seat on the side of the river Spree and enjoy the sunshine (as many of the locals do). I am ver happy to have found this little gem, and I hope to return when I come back to Berlin. Thank you Martin!

Best apartment, best location, best host!

This apartment could not have been more perfect for our 1 week stay in Berlin. Everything was as good or better than the listing. Our host took great care to welcome us, give us plenty of information about the area and getting around Berlin, and helped with our departure. Martin was easily reached by email. Location: Great neighborhood.Quiet street, 5 minutes from the Bellevue S-bahn to take us to favorite stops in Berlin and even to Spandau or Potsdam. LPG organic supermarket a 10 minute walk across the Spree. Close to the Tiergarten for miles of walking in that beautiful green space. The apartment was immaculately clean, the rooms spacious, skylights a bonus, bathroom/shower fantastic and well-stocked with towels, amenities. The closet and shelf spaces were ample. Terrific and efficient hot plate and microwave for cooking. Every type of glass, plate, bowl, platter, even sweet egg cups were tidy in their glass-front cupboard in the Main room. There was easy access to the recycling and garbage area in a lower courtyard. A stay here does require taking several flights of stairs to the top floor apartment. Easy for those who are fit and enjoy the exercise! Without question, we would return to this apartment. It was the best VRBO experience ever for us. Many thanks to our kind and generous host for the chance to stay in such comfort as we explored Berlin for the first time.

Schöne Wohnung im Dachgeschoss

Die Wohnung liegt einfach perfekt. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und kamen überall gut und schnell hin, zum Beispiel am Spree entlang zum Schloss Bellevue und durch den Tiergarten ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber. Das Tageslichtbad ist ein Highlight. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Die Fahrräder konnten im ersten Stock sicher abgestellt werden.Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen sind 85 Treppenstufen zu bewältigen (kein Aufzug)Der Vermieter half freundlicherweise mit die Fahrräder und das Gepäck zu transportieren.Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und konnte uns immer helfen.Dafür das die Unterkunft zentral liegt ist es absolut ruhig.

Guter Ort, um ein paar Tage in Berlin zu verbringen. Lage optimal, um öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen oder Berlin zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Gut ausgestatte Dachgeschosswohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich eigentlich richtigerweise in der 4.Etage !!!!! Für Berliner Verhältnisse ruhig und doch Zentral gelegen. Gut Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Im Wonzimmer nur eine Fensterluke und im Schlafzimmer ein schräges Fenster unmittelbar über dem Bett.
