We own the entire complex. The complex has 5 side by side large beautiful NEW townhomes. The complex has the capability of holding up to 50 guests. Each house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We have accommodations that can fit any group size, so please inquire and we can find the best option for you!


This home is located in an up and coming part of East Nashville. East Nashville is currently going through a gentrification process. This means you will see new homes next to older.
East Nashville has been a popular hipster area for a few years now due to its proximity to downtown. We are part of the expansion area. We are just a short distance to award -winning restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music venues, in hip East Nashville. The home is located 2.4 miles from Five Points (the heart of East Nashville) and 2.5 miles from Downtown Nashville.

Great place for a large group!

We had 19 in our group and reserved 3 of their units. The place was very clean and quite comfortable. We were no more than a 10 minute Uber ride from everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this property
