The host was very responsive and prompt in addressing questions. The property provided adequate space for a huge graduation party and many guest. Onsite parking can accommodate approximately 6 vehicles. Any additional parking is going to be on the street. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped. Encounters with the host were very pleasant. Would stay again.

The house is spacious and has plenty of bathrooms and beds to sleep a large group comfortably. The location was great and we enjoyed hanging out on the main floor which had a nice open flow between the kitchen, living room and outside deck area.

Perfect house plenty of room and very comfortable. Close to everything and very quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Shelby Park. We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville and can't wait to go back!!
