The house is located just on the top of a sweet hill overlooking Rodney Bay with the beautiful sunset and surrounded by a large tropical garden.
From the house you can enjoy a FANTASTIC VIEW: to the east the Atlantic Ocean, to the north the island of Martinique and to the west the Caribbean Sea with its spectacular sunsets..
Beaches, supermarkets and bars/restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away. The loft is composed by: full equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, 6-burner stove, etc... two double bedrooms, a sofa bed with nice wardrobe.
The bathroom comes with bathtub and shower.
Wooden floors, huge verandas with best view and carpets make the accommodation particularly welcoming and confortable.

There is a shared BBQ area and a large tropical garden with fruit trees at the guests' disposal. the apartment is located in a complex called ITALIAN GUESTHOUSE. The location was great, beautiful view, private Down side no form of entertainmenr, no television in the apartment. Kids was bored. Some improvement needs ro be sone inside the living and sleeping area.
