Our comfortable home has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a large backyard and private parking. Located in the village of Saugerties, we are within walking distance to restaurants, shops, movie theater, and the farmers market in town. We are minutes away from HITS, Diamond Mills, and are close to the Saugerties Lighthouse and Opus 40. Close to many hiking trails and Hunter Mountain Ski Resort is about a 30 minute drive.

We came in for a weekend at HITS. The house was a perfect getaway after a long day at the show. It was so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend the place to others and we will hopefully be returning in the future.

Beautiful home and great location for us. Saugerties is a beautiful community and this house was great for five adults - well appointed, lovely space inside and out, walkable to downtown....Our only complaint was that air flow in the house was not ideal. The house was really hot at night with bedroom doors closed.

Hudson Valley Fall Vacation

Home is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Good location and served as our base camp for daily excursions throughout the Hudson Valley. This is the second time we stayed in this property and recommend this home.

A great getaway

After 6 days in the city, this was a great place to unwind and enjoy the small town vibe. Lisa and Chip were wonderful to work with and the house was perfect for us!

Very comfortable retreat in the Hudson Valley

This home was perfect for visiting family in various locations of the Hudson Valley. The home is immaculate and comfortable with tasteful decor throughout. It was cold and rainy for our trip so we couldn't utilize the expansive and nicely laid out backyard but the gas fireplace was nice and toasty on the chilly days! There was a small issue with the oven that the owners quickly rectified multiple ways which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again when visiting family.

We have now stayed at this lovely property twice . It’s super clean, tastefully decorated, and the sheets are to die for! The check-in process couldn’t be easier. This is now our go to place when we are in Saugerties.

Perfection!

Lisa’s cottage was the perfect place for my family and I during our first visit to HITS. It was wonderful to know we had an amazing home to stay after the long days and literally so close too!! We would definitely visit again ❤️

Brick Cottage Retreat

What a wonderful stay at the Brick Cottage in Saugerties! The property was well stocked and in a location close to the village. Communication with the owner was done easily . I would recommend this home to others if they are visiting the area!
