The living area includes a cozy lounging area with large screen TV. A great room to relax and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful property.
The 3 bedrooms have queen pillow top beds and another smaller bedroom with a double pillow top bed as well as closets and dressers for storage. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. There is also complimentary ensuite washer and dryer in the apartment.

There is free off street parking for your car also.

Our guests will have full private access to the second floor 3 bedroom apartment including the deck area and the free off street parking at the rear of the building.

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.
Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
Parking for this apartment is at the rear of the property.
This is a very quiet property.
Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
1 Pet allowed up to 25lb
Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and cannot be left unattended.
