Beautiful home, peaceful location

Went on a trip to celebrate a high school graduation with a whale watching trip and it was lovely. Great space, really well kept with a beautiful upstairs balcony.

Beach Bliss

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was pristine and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and the location could not be beat. Great stay!

Stayed at the house for a long weekend soccer tournament with 3 other families and had a wonderful experience. The property is immaculate,extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. Del Mar was wonderful to work with on the booking. Five stars!

Awesome house, great location

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood just a few minute drive from nauset beach and a 20 minute walk to main street to get coffee ect. in the mornings. I hosted a bachelorette party for my sister and 12 girls and it couldn't have been more perfect. Highly recommend.

Spectacular House and Spectacular Rental Experience

This house is in a great location and the house itself had everything top notch. Dealing with the rental company was easy and they are extremely attentive. The house was spotless and had anything and everything needed from towels to kitchen supplies and beyond. The linens were high quality too. Just an overall excellent experience.

Clean and Bright

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with a lovely yard. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas on multiple porches. The house was spotless and has a nice open layout. It would have been nice if beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great Family Vac

House is gorgeous! 5 min drive to Nauset Beach. Plenty of bedroom space for 12 people, never felt crowded. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bring extra bath towels if you use more than one towel a week. Bring bikes,our kids had a blast riding around the neighborhood. Highly recommended and hope to rent again.

Great house, bit loud

Excellent location, short drive to Nauset and Skaket beaches as well as Orleans town center. House is very clean. No TV in bedrooms except kids room. And house was very loud, not a lot of floor coverings or other buffers.

Del Mar (Luke Chapman) was fantastic

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the support that the Del Mar team provided. They were ulta-responsive and courteous. Each question or maintenance item was addressed promptly. One suggestion: the outdoor grill was due for replacement before the 2022 summer season began. Although Del Mar promptly delivered a temporary replacement, the replacement was a camp-style grill that was less useful than a tradition backyard grill.

Perfect house for multiple families

The house in beautiful. Wonderful set up for multiple families along with a bedroom/ entertainment area for all the kids. Quiet neighborhood and large outdoor space. We loved everything about the house and hope to stay again soon. We wish there was more time to enjoy everything the house had to offer. Del Mar was great with communication and easy to work with.

Great house on the Cape!!

This house was perfect for our family during our week on the Cape. We rented bikes for the week (Idle Times Bike Shop will drop off and pick up all bike rentals) and were able to pick to and from the beach. The house is very clean and recently updated. The property managers were VERY responsive with any issues that came up. Would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Weekend

This property and location were great! There was so much room for 11 women. The house had everything we needed. Close to a beautiful and clean beach. Chatham was great! We went to PTown on Saturday night and we had an amazing time! Would rent here again.

Great house in an excellent location

Terrific location a short drive or bike ride from Nausett Beach. The house is as advertised. It’s clean and nicely decorated and is very well configured for a multi-generational group, which is what we had. The Del Mar people were very responsive and well organized. I would highly recommend this house.

Rest + relaxation on the Cape

Just back from a week's vacation at this Gorgeous, well appointed home. It was such a great spot for 3 generations to rest + relax and yet close enough to Nauset for a bike ride/ brief drive to our fave spots for breakfast/ lunch. There is space for the younger ones to watch Disney plus upstairs in the Nautically themed bedroom + for the older ones to catch up downstairs. Cleanliness was king at this home. And a big plus > the Keurig coffee maker, that allowed us to make cappuccinos and lattes was icing on the cake! Neighborhood has twists and turns and is perfect for long walks and / or bike rides. From 8 to 82, WE all LOVED it so much. Lastly, Del Mar had seamless check in/out process and was so easy to deal with too. 5 STAR review.

Attractive new house with great room layout

We tend to choose rental houses based on the decor and bedroom layouts. This house is brand new and decorated very nicely. The bathrooms and kitchen were particularly nice! We were a group of 12 family members. The 3 king bedrooms plus the "party" room for the kids worked so well. The mattresses and pillows were decent. Del Mar was very responsive when we asked for beach chairs - 8 chairs were delivered within 24 hours. If it weren't for the price of this house (when you factor in all of the fees) we would return in a minute!

Weekend at the Cape
