Gården ligger 5 minutter til indgangen til CraterLake National Park. Denne sommerhus leje er omkring så tæt som du kan komme til CraterLake. Glem ikke at tjekke vores andre boliger, der ligger i nærheden (Cabin on Crooked Creek, Chalet, RockHouse & Alice Cottage i Rocky Point.) Bondegården ligger ved åbne græsgange og med en uhindret udsigt til bjergene, er det hyggelige bondgård det perfekte sted. Tæt på vandrestier, Kimbol Park, Wood River og meget mere.

Host was very responsive, pool table was awesome to have, and about a half hour drive up to Rim Village in Crater Lake.

Closest place to Crater Lake NP south entrance to stay, other than staying inside the park. Clean, comfortable beds, A/C, drip coffee maker, ceiling fans and full kitchen. Everything you need for a great Crater Lake visit. We would stay here again.

A charming, rustic house in the tiny town of Fort Klamath. A fabulous view of the mountains awaits you out the back door. There’s also a wonderful small store almost across the street with a great selection of produce, sandwiches, beer, wine, and coffee.

This house is a terrific location for having LOTS of outdoor adventures! So close to Crater Lake, plus various hiking and kayaking areas. It was only about 1.5 hours to the Lava Beds NM, so we took a day trip down there, as well. Being vaguely familiar with the area, we knew to do some meal planning and grocery shopping before we got to Fort Klamath. Once here, check-in was a breeze and we got all settled in. Although we didn’t need much to make our meals, while looking through the kitchen for a pasta strainer, we found the kitchen to be well stocked with those things one might need (measuring cups, knives, various sizes of pots, etc…) to make a more complex meal than just pasta. And yes, the strainer was there, too! I sometimes have trouble sleeping in beds that aren’t mine, but I found the king bed and pillows to be comfortable. Being taller than average, both my husband and I greatly appreciated having a shower head that was actually high enough to be above our heads when we showered. We had a fabulous time and cannot wait to book this house again, hopefully in the near future!
The backyard is a lovely place to watch a sunset and do some star gazing!

Stay near Crater Lake

The location is great since it's near Crater Lake NP. The water pressure for the sink and shower is low, other than that, it's clean and comfortable. The power went out twice during our stay. The first time was only a short duration, the second one was on the morning of checkout, great communication from MaryAnna about it, we decided to leave early because the estimation of power restore was passed the checkout time, and shower/toilet won't work without power.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised, well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable spaces, peaceful, and a short drive to Crater Lake. My only comment is that the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink could be better.

Great property if you really want to get away from it all. Very convenient to Crater Lake NP. This is an old farmhouse, with a bit of a funky layout, but there's plenty of space for a family to spread out and all of the essentials are there. Only note, and the host clearly informed us at the time we booked, is that this is a very rural area. No nearby restaurants or shopping of any size. Bring everything you need, but that also means you'll enjoy peace and quiet - just cows and stars.

Great location, close to Crater Lake

Centrally located to Crater Lake (20-25 min to visitor’s center) as well as Klamath Falls (40-45 min) for the best dining options in the area.As noted in other reviews, the market located directly across the street from the property is fantastic with lots of healthy and organic options, although pricey (supply and demand).Beautiful location adjacent to ranch land provides the perfect backdrop for gorgeous sunsets.

Amazing place and amazing host

What a great place to stay and close to Crater Lake. Super easy checkin, great communications from the host, checked to make sure everything was good and had a great conversation. Great location, loved the pool table, would stay here again!

Great stay in a great location

My friend and I, along with my dog, stayed here for a couple nights and really enjoyed it. It’s in a great location on the road that leads directly to Crater Lake, and since I’m directionally challenged, that was a bonus. Xena really enjoyed running around in the back yard and just sitting out there and taking in all the smells.

Comfortable, great little farm house with large garden to watch the sun doing down. Pool table! Tv with DVDs, very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. Jo’s grocers across the road made it even better. Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay to be close to Crater Lake! The view from the back is great! We recommend planning your meals as options in town are limited. The casino was a solid place for good food. The Crater Lake Lodge was an awesome dining experience as well. Have fun!

Gateway to Winter Wonderland

Perfect location to enjoy all winter has to offer from snowshoeing at Crater Lake to hiking around Klamath falls to skiing at Willamette. It was great to come back to a warm home with comfortable furniture. Beds were cozy. The bathroom was on the other side of the house and the shower had low pressure with lots of hot water. Friendly folks in town.

Fun Times

I stayed here with 2 old friends from high school for a fishing trip and had a great time. Mary Anna was very responsive to questions and great with local info. The house was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and the pool table was a huge hit!
