Terras de Bouro is a very unique and Rural area, although Casa das Termas is located in a very private area, it's only 700 meters away from the Town Center which has everything you can possibly need, a Bank, a Gas Station, a big Retail Supermarket and other smaller Grocery Stores, Thrift Shops, plenty of Restaurants (You can find one right in front of the House), etc!

This Property was built from the ground by my Parents - António Martins & Ana Martins, all the neighbors were part of the Family but now everyone has moved out even us hence why we are providing it as a Rental.

Until this day, my Brother who hasn't been to Portugal in about 10 years, still says it was the best House he has slept in!

We really love how Quiet & Relaxing it can get here, at Casa das Termas you will feel surrounded by Nature, you fall asleep listening to the River stream that flows right by the House & you wake up to the sound of the Birds and a view of the Mountains!

Plenty of ready to harvest Fruit Trees, the neighbors are a Thermal Spa (Termas da Moimenta) with incredibly healing waters (Sulfuruous), to top it off we are a mere 15 minute drive away from one of Portugal's Natural Seven Wonders - The National Park of Peneda-Gerês.
