The basic necessity overall was good for 5 people, although we were not satisfied with the fact that we had to purchase our own toilet paper. We also wish that there was place to store our clothing.

Great getaway

We loved the condo and the location. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub. We’d love to return to the Granby area and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place it was clean and no issues. Only complaint was that you couldnt emter the pool area from outside which got annoying

Nice Unit

The unit was very nice. The view wasn’t the best as it sits on backside of resort. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED about the hot tubs and pool were dirty at resort.

Condo was nice

While our condo was nice, the rest of the resort needs serious updating. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded with little kids. There was no room in the hot tubs due to all of the little kids, even at 9:00 PM. This condo does not have AC. The first night we were very uncomfortable, but once we opened the windows and got all the fans running, the condo was pleasant. The kitchen area was nice to have. Make sure you wash your dishes before using as a lot of things were dirty.

The room hadn’t been cleaned upon check in and it was difficult finding the appropriate contact to assist with this issue. Our reservation was ultimately cancelled due to the property owners not having anyone available to clean and get new linens.

This condo is so cute and fit my family well. It is smaller but they utilized their space well. We really enjoyed the time there watching movies at night and getting on the hot tub. The master bed was sooo comfortable! We had everything we needed here for our little family to stay comfortably for 2 days! The building itself is quite old and needs updating but this condo they keep cute and cozy!

Cozy, Rustic Cabin vibe

Cozy with a cabin vibe. Kitchen/dining space was a little tight but we made it work for my son and I. I understand the "coffee " table although it would be nice if there was a more functional "coffee" table. Loved the oversized bath tub. Nice to soak in after a day in the snow. Overall, nice, clean,comfortable, and cozy.

Great condo minutes from the slopes!

Condo was neat, all the necessities present, and tastefully decorated. Beds were VERY comfortable. Could’ve used more than 2 rolls of tp for our family of 5, so we left couple extra for the next guests.

Family Wedding

Excellent Condo! The owners condo was beautiful, clean, lovely bedding choices, very nice quality dishes and silverware, excellent gathering space, the bathroom was nice size and nice towels and the location was very nice. The property manager was available for questions with prompt answers and was very accommodating. My only disappointment was related to the lodge itself which had only one dining choice and it was for evenings only. The lodge had advertised a fun bar and grill for cocktails, quick food and conversation within the lodge but it was closed. This was again at no fault of the condo owner, our experience with them was Five Stars!!

Convenient location

Not bad for a last minute place to stay. Convenient location to Granby Ranch. Much smaller than expected but was manageable. Wouldn't recommend more than 4 people. No place to store luggage if utilizing pull down bed and fold out couch. Can be noisy since it's right next to the stairs. Overall not bad just not what we're used to.

Quiet and Comfortable

My kids and I stayed at the condo for three nights. It was easy to check in, the unit was conveniently located near the pool, ice machine, and laundry room, but was on the opposite side of these amenities, which meant a quiet, relaxing stay. Since there was no air conditioning, I was glad to see multiple fans, and we were able to cool off the condo easily. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean, and we had everything we needed for a quick trip to Granby. The kitchenette was adequately stocked with all necessities and there were ample towels and blankets. This is a wonderful property and my family and I would love to come stay here again sometime soon.

Nice place

This place was nice and clean. We liked how easy it was to get to Granby Ranch for skiing. The pool and hot tubs are nice. Towels are not provided by the front office and there are not many in the room. My advice is to bring your own. We made it to Granby a couple hour early and were unable to talk with anyone about an earlier check in. The property management company says it’s the contact agent and the contact agent says it’s the management company. It wouldn’t have been a problems but all the restaurants and places were closed because of covid.

Run down property and poor soundproofing

The unit I rented was next to a very noisy area where maintenance was done. My condo was decorated cute but the entire property entering and exiting the building was run down and depressing. I paid way too much for the place I got. The place looked clean but when I was using pots and pans and utensils for cooking, some items were not clean. (food particles stuck on). also the window would not open (broken crank handle).
