Sleeping/living room with couch set, SAT-TV, radio, telephone, double bed and a built-in bed for the 3-rd person. Kitchen with cosy dinette and a modern kitchen line with coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC. Baby bed. Two bicycles (city bikes) are available free of charge.

No Pets. Parking lot at the house.

Our house lies in a quiet and centrally residential area on the edge from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. At few minutes they reach of well developed footpaths, z. B. Partnachklamm and in winter the cross-country ski trails. Only approx 10 walking minutes remotely: Center of the town, railway station, ski- and ice-stadion, Hausberg- und Eckbauer-cable car, tennis courts, indoor- and outdoor swimming pools, summer toboggan run. Rheuma-Kinderklinik and Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen nearby.

.A great place to stay

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance but far enough away from the busy center of town. Very quiet and beautiful. Close to many biking and walking trails. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. We definitely will stay here again.

Perfect Place To Stay

This really was perfect for us, it was so clean. Lovely new bathroom, great kitchen diner and a larger than expected lounge/ bedroom area. The balcony has tremendous view of the mountains. You can do lots of walks from the apartment. It is a quiet and peaceful area.

If you love walking then this area is spoilt for choice. We just couldn't decide which walk to do, many of which are only a few kms away.

The owners were so kind and helpful they are a real joy.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and would love to go back for another holiday.

This was a great find.
