Come. Stay. Relax. Here in Pompano Beach you are steps away from a white sand beach. This newly renovated 2 bedroom condo is located in a gated complex that has recently undergone a complete restoration. New roofs, catwalks,balconies etc. The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and lush gardens. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and full amenities. There are 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) 2 full baths with towels and linens. In the screened lanai you can enjoy a meal at the table and chairs. Internet and SmartTV are included. Laundry is located at the end of the hallway near the elevator. If you like cooking outdoors, you can grill by the pool or in the garden area. You will have two designated parking spots, a Clubhouse/office area, outside shower and sauna. Close by there is world class shopping, dining, live music,golf, tennis and many more attractions. This area is serviced by 3 major airports.Public transportation is easily accessible. Ultimately, I would prefer that the property is rented for Jan 1 thru April 30. Otherwise, let's talk. I am open to possibilities. Only service dogs are allowed in our complex.

Great Get-Away

Overall, great stay with super property manager, whom I had the pleasure of meeting before check-in. Great pool and right across the street from direct beach access! Unit provided everything I needed with a cozy, beachy feel.

All was good,. The only drawback was humidity that caused a certain allergy to a lady.in her eyes

her eyes and coughimg. I thought that was caused by air conditioned whose set has to be cleaned. Some walls have to be inspected. To myseldf nothing at all. For me everything was perfect, the bedrooms , the kitchen, the balcony, the pool. The living room was also good , the tv excepted. Some sport stations were missing as ESPN(S). I guess the owners were not sport fans.

The outside was really nice and inviting. I love the coziness and the pool view was beautiful especially at night. I really enjoyed my stay there. If I was to change anything it would be the shutters being opened and screens in the windows so that I could have really opened up the place. Other than that it was perfect.
