This pristine 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo is on the top floor and is fit out with granite counter tops & has many modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, AC/heating. There is a one-car private garage for guest's exclusive use & shared common area BBQ and entertainment space. The unit is serviced by an elevator & stairs.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip the used beds and place the sheets and pillowcases in a pile in front of the washer/dryer. Towels are to be left hung on towel racks in the bathrooms. Turn off all heating and A/C.
Ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away before leaving. If using the dishwasher, please make sure it has completed its cycle before your departure. All appliances should be in the off position.
Turn off any portable heaters or fan. All the keys and garage opener should be left on the kitchen counter. Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
