Sharnu's Palace

Fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath spacious home located in quiet neighborhood. Includes King bed, Queen bed, Queen bed and air mattress for extra space. Beautifully decorated. Huge backyard. Internet & streaming available. Garage access parking as well as parking alongside the street and in front.

We are conveniently located minutes from Grand Prairie Premium outlet, restaurants and 2 Walmart's. For your entertaining pleasure we are 30 minutes from Six Flags over Texas, The Cowboys Stadium, 36 minutes from Love field airport, 25 minutes from American Airlines Center & Downtown Dallas & 40 minutes from DFW airport.

1. DO NOT Sleep on the sofas
2. Do NOT EAT in the Livingroom
3. NO SMOKING
4. PET FEE $75 per pet / Pet needs to be in Kennel & not on furniture or beds
5. Please throw away ALL trash.

***TRASH Days are TUESDAY & FRIDAY*** Monday night and Thursday night all trash needs to be taken out back and placed at the corner of the fence
If the garbage is NOT taken out as directed, you will be charged $50 for not following this rule.

******** ANY EXCESSIVE MESS / TRASH LEFT REPORTED BY THE CLEANING SERVICE WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL $75 CHARGE********

5. Any dishes / utensils used wash & place in dishwasher for drying. Cleaning supplies are provided.
6.There is a broom & mop in the laundry area provided for your utilization.
7.Please remove all sheets that have been slept on & place in laundry room upon check-out / LEAVE COMFORTERS ON THE BEDS
8. Please place all dirty towels in hamper in the laundry room upon check-out
9. Please remove all items from the refrigerator upon check - out.
10. Please place both remote controls for the television back on the glass coffee table upon check-out
11. Place garage door opener back in kitchen drawer upon check out, failure to do so will result in $75 replacement fee.
12. Any furniture moved place back where you found it.

Great Home away from Home

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks while working on the new Sprouts and it was perfect. It's hard being away from home for work but this place had all of the amenities and plenty of room to relax.

Ladies wine down!

This was a great idea to use a BNb for our Crazy Cousin Cut-Up, the property was nice and clean, it was more than pleasant and more than I expected, the rooms were more than spacious to accommodate my quest, every one attend enjoyed their stay it was peacefull with no outside interruptions. We did enjoy our time there. I will use and recommend Vrbo again L

Potentially a good stay

There was trash under beds, a panty on closet floor, and bathroom needs remolding. (Cleaning crew??) Neighborhood was nice. House has potential.

Mentioned it sleeps 10 (only had 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds)

The property was not what it appeared to be on the website. It needs major home improvements.. The restrooms were filthy and the toilet wasn’t even mounted to the ground. Upgrade the bath towels the ones left for guest are old and grungy. The master bathroom didn’t lock and the kitchen didn’t have running hot water. It mentioned that it sleeps 10 people but only had 4 twin beds and 2 queen beds With a sign that said no one is allowed to sleep in the living room couch. The back yard needs major landscaping as there were a lot of stickers with spikes all over the backyard. By some magic the thermostat kept raising to 78 while the temperatures in Texas are above 90. With 10 people in the house it was extremely hot we then noticed that the Nest thermostat was being adjusted. My sister in law stayed behind one night heard random knocks on that back door which I then called the owner and raised a concern. He quickly viewed the ring door bell.
