Updated and clean, two heated pool, tennis, and beach access

Enjoy this updated townhome within walking distance to Siesta Key's main beach. The property is located within a resort style gated community offering two heated swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness room, gas BBQ grills, and fishing dock. All this nestled among lush tropical landscape and lakes.

Arrive by car and utilize the garage or driveway for parking. Taking the stairs up to the second floor of the townhome, you enter through the front door into the home. Right away you will notice the updated eat-in style kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also offers a breakfast bar opening out to the main living area. The living area is spacious and furnished with comfortable lounge seating for family and guests enjoying the 55" flat screen smart TV with HD programming and streaming services available. Just off the living area is the screened balcony overlooking a serine water feature and lake. The patio is furnished with outdoor dining set with seating for 6. Back inside you will also find the master suite on the main living floor. The master bedroom is furnished with king-size bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and dual sink vanity.

Follow the stairs from the living room up to the loft area along with two additional guest bedrooms which share a bathroom. The one guest bedroom is furnished with queen-size bedroom set and TV while the other is furnished with a double and a twin with twin trundle and TV.

Minimum Stay Requirements: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday.

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic time on our vacation! The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and lots of space for bigger groups! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, updated, and was so close to the tennis courts/pickle ball/pool. Having access to All the beach equipment (including cart) was a huge plus. Would absolutely rent this unit again!

Great layout for family, we enjoyed the view from the lanai overlooking the pond with ducks, turtles, and birds. Two pools to enjoy, one just steps away and a short, 10 minute walk to a private beach.

Best week ever!

This was our first time to Siesta Key so we had no idea what to expect. We couldn't have found a better place to stay for the most relaxing week ever. The community is so friendly and quiet (at least in October) There are places to walk with beautiful views and the access to the private beach is such a plus. The space in the condo was clean and felt like home! We would stay there again!

nicely updated and clean. Loved the screened in porch. Would book directly with rent siesta key next time and avoid the ridicoulous 250 $ charge from vrbo .

Great location

The bed situation wasn’t the best…the pull out couch in the loft was very cramped and it was like sleeping on springs. The trundle bed had a huge stain on the mattress which was unsightly and no one wanted to sleep on it.

Great Place & Accommodations - Siesta Key

This was my family's first trip to Siesta Key but wont be our last. Our stay was a great experience and the property was accurately advertised. There were a few things that we requested as needing attention and the owner immediately took care of replacing a few small appliances that were not working upon our arrival. The property had just about everything we needed for our week long vacation which made our stay enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and the shower head had the best water pressure. Although these items may seem trivial, the condo felt like home and made our stay that much more satisfying. I would highly recommend this property as it had everything including close access to the pool, tennis courts and private beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location but it needs some up keeping.

I’ve been renting properties for many years and this was a disappointment. I’ve never gone to a beach property that didn’t have enough towels. We had to wash towels everyday. And to not have any beach towels at all. Shame on you. The garbage can was broke. The garage reeked smelled like something died in there. The cooler was broken and you shouldn’t advertise what you don’t have like bikes.

Great condo!

The house was very clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We’re a family of 7, and it never felt cramped. The round table seats 6 and we played cards every night. Communication with the rental company was easy. When we arrived, several of the beach chairs were broken, and they replaced them quickly. There was 2 wagons, a few coolers, and lots of beach toys. There wasn’t an umbrella. There was a pop up shelter, but we didn’t know where the stakes were, and we were also afraid of it blowing away (😂). We ended up just buying an umbrella, and took it back home with us. The walk to the beach was everyone’s least favorite part of the trip. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach access, and then you have to walk across a pretty deep section of the beach to get to the water. With that said, the beach is private so it was never overly crowded. There was also access to lounge chairs that you could drag close to the water (or if you were lucky, were already there from the day before). Having 2 pool options is really nice, and the smaller pool is really close (you can see it from the screened in porch), which was nice for the kids.

Perfect!

I can’t rave enough about this place! We had a group of 7 and for most, it was their first time in Siesta Key. For 2 of us however, it was our fourth time and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed at by far. The community is nice and friendly and a very short walk/drive to many attractions, restaurants/bars. It’s about an 8 minute walk to the private beach but it was well worth it. Just don’t forget your beach tag to scan into the gate. They provided basically everything you needed for the beach. Even beach wagons which helped immensely with carrying everything. The only thing they didn’t have was a beach umbrella but that didn’t phase our group too much. After spending the day at the beach, we liked to go back to one of the two pools to cool off. It was really interesting chatting with people staying in the area and seeing where they came from. I’d say the biggest thing that helped out our group was the fully stocked kitchen. They provide just about everything you can think of. Considering we ate dinner at the place 5 nights out of the 7 that we were there, this was a huge plus. Not to mention the gas grills they had on site for use. We used those every single day! Our group loved the screened in lanai, and the updated features the place had to offer. The place was very clean. I would say the only downsides (very small ones at that) would be the squeaky queen bed upstairs and sometimes the garage door opener would fall apart on us making it hard to open and shut it from time to time. Aside from that, we have no complaints and look forward to coming back to this place! Would recommend this place a million times over.

Nice short walk to the private beach, nice community to stay in, and good size for all of us. First time to siesta key and we all loved the beach and neat village
