Warm, modern house ( completed in 2018) in a quiet setting with mountain views. The house has a large open plan kitchen/living area with wood burner, two spacious bedrooms one with ensuite and a modern family bathroom. The house is five minutes walk from beautiful Lake Hawea and local restaurants and shops. The property is ten minutes drive from Wanaka and is ideal as a base for a skiing or sight seeing holiday.
