Your comfortable 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath Town House on Capitol Hill locates you walking distance of the Capitol, Union Station and Whole Foods. Shopping and the H street trolley/X2 bus Starbucks, CVS, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank are steps away.

The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, deck, half bath, work area, and TV.
The second floor has a master with king bed and deck for star gazing. It also has the front bedroom with queen sized bed and desk area.
Third floor, you'll find a king-sized bedroom with view deck and fourth bedroom with 3 twin sized beds (can be converted to one king and one twin bed) The third floor also has a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom.

Off street and single car garage parking included.

We had two parking spots for our vehicles which was fantastic. The host was readily available for any questions or concerns. Be sure to read the notebook that the host leaves you—it answers literally any question you may have. The property was perfectly located within a few yards of Whole Foods and other restaurants. There are plenty of rentable bikes within a few feet of their front door.

While some might think this property is a little pricey, we found it to be well worth the price. It is conveniently located in terms of closeness to the National Mall. Each bedroom has a private full bath, plus a half bath on the main level. The host was very easy to communicate with and very happy to offer assistance. It fit our family of 7 (4 adults, a teenager and 2 kids) perfectly. I’d highly recommended it.

Host was helpful, property attention to detail was very good. Location was really convenient with a lot of retail right there--Whole Foods, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Had a car so parking in the open garage really helped. Would stay again!

We had a great stay in DC with our family of 6. Location was fantastic for seeing all of the sites, especially if you don’t mind walking a bit which was right up our alley. Whole Foods is right around the corner which is a huge plus. Kitchen seems rather new which is another plus. Lots of space, very clean, and nice bathrooms with great water pressure. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for a Family Trip to DC

Everything about this property was just perfect for our family's trip to D.C., but I want to especially call out the convenient location. We did not have a car with us and there is a Whole Foods, a Starbucks, and a CVS literally within hundreds of feet, not to mention numerous restaurants and a book shop within walking distances. Highly convenient for those visiting without a car.
