Elegant stay in the heart of the city

Our executive team was in town for combo conference and summit meeting. They had plenty of room and could work around the clock in luxurious accommodations. Conveniently located, lots of dining and coffee nearby, easy Uber from DCA. The property owner was responsive, detailed in his check in and had great local recommendations. Highly recommend for small groups or families looking for an upscale gathering place.

Fantastic Place and Location for Large Group

You can't find a better place in a better location for a large group. It's spacious, well equipped, and extremely clean. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms -- the ground floor unit is private and can be rented with the rest of the house or separately. First class linens. A short ride to all the sights and within walking distance of a number of great restaurants and bars (check out the Jack Rose if you're a whiskey, scotch or bourbon drinker -- best collection I've seen in a long time). David, the owner, was extremely responsive and generous with his time. We'll be back, for sure.

Very clean and centrally located

We were greeted by the host David upon arrival. The home is well maintained, very clean, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with soft bedding. Each bathroom had hair dryers, body wash and shampoo. The home was well equipped with all the essentials. The downstairs apartment along with the upstairs studio was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was within walking distance including resturants, grocery services, and health clubs. Should we come back to DC we would defiantly rent this home again. We appreciate the warm welcome and attentiveness from the host, David. Thank you

Wonderful family gathering place for our DC Adventure

We had an altogether great experience with David and this home. David was prompt in answering our questions before our arrival and the home was all that we needed for our stay with the 11 of us in DC. We used Lyft right out the front door for a 15 - 20 minute ride to most every place we wanted to go.

The beds were super comfy and the spaces worked great for our family.

We enjoyed the neighborhood and found everything we needed nearby from Starbucks to Trader Joes, liquor stores and fun bars.

David was very accommodating, showing up to salt the walks when an unexpected snow storm came in and working with us through uncertain departure times due to weather.

DCA was only 20 minutes away and the neighborhood felt safe to us.

I would recommend this home to families. The 3 zones worked well especially if you like some separated sleeping areas.

Perfect corporate stay!

If there is such a thing as a perfect corporate stay this is it... We fit 6 coworkers comfortably for a week... Probably saved 50% on lodging... House was perfect, and plan on repeating this for years to come!
