This lovely room opens out through sliding glass doors onto a delightful enclosed garden courtyard, a perfect place for lazy lunches or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and includes dishwasher and bench level cook top and oven.
The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and fan and opens out onto the back courtyard. Bedroom two has two single beds and a fan, and also opens out to the courtyard. The beautiful bathroom has a shower and vanity, and there is a separate toilet nearby. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom area, with a clothesline in the back courtyard. Shared BBQ facilities are located in the common area. There's also an outdoor shower which is handy when coming back from the beach.

Apartment well resourced, good quality furniture, location as expected. Next to noisy pub. Let down by very mouldy bathroom, leaking tap and drain smell. Perhaps due to lockdown for COVID it had been shut up however managing agent should have had cleaners check before leasing. Floors had been mopped with a dirty mop. Insect screen missing from living room. Kitchen not clean.
