We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The facilities were fantastic – the large swimming pool was a real highlight, and the whole area was beautifully landscaped with lots of greenery and well-kept plants. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, and it felt safe and family-friendly. Most of the people living/ visiting were from the UK. A perfect place to unwind – we’d love to come back! The apartment is very spacious, well-designed, and very pleasant. Roger was a great host and the communication with him was excellent. We'd like to thank him personally.

Fab property. 2 excellent bedrooms, 2 large Bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony overlooking the pool. We were very comfortable, our only negative was we didn’t have a car to assist access to the supermarkets 15 mins. away (no minimarket on site) and a steep uphill return to the property. Roger -manager- was extremely helpful and a joy to talk to.

Lovely bright and airy apartment. Great Aircon. Lovely views over the pools and sunsets at one side and shaded and cooler off the bedrooms. A few bars and restaurants close by such as Campus (excellent steaks) and Smash and Dough (amazing burgers). Only had a drink or two in the complex bar, never ate there. Tennis courts a huge plus and used most days. Went into Alvor mainly to eat. Used Uber, very quick and easy and cheap. Plenty space around the pool and always parasols and sunbeds. Pool is really large so good for swimming lengths. Only downside was floors and bathrooms and oven were not cleaned on arrival so we spent some time cleaning them and could do with some more medium sized glasses but apart from that all good. Hot water a bit touch and go in the showers but a cool shower after the heat all day is fine with me. Roger always available for questions and replied quickly. Would defo return to this apartment.

I will check out the cleaning issue. We use professional cleaners before each client arrives so it's something I will investigate further. Regarding the hot water, the boiler was serviced before your arrival and following this the settings needed adjustments, so apologies for that and hopefully it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. No geral correu bem.A piscina era muito agradável, perto do apartamento, com muitas espreguiçadeira disponíveis.O empreendimento é pacato e aprazível.O apartamento podia estar mais limpo, nomeadamente a loiça da cozinha e as casas de banho.O colchão era confortável mas os lençóis tinham alguns cabelos.O sofá e cadeirões muito confortáveis e boa televisão.Falta de utensílios de cozinha e móveis da mesma a precisar de renovação.Mobiliário da varanda com ar gasto, faltava guarda sol.

Très bon accueil en personne de Roger. Il a répondu à nos demandes ou à nos questions avec gentillesse et enthousiasme malgré notre mauvais anglais. L'appartement est très confortable, très bien situé sur la côte. Le balcon, la piscine et la climatisation sont un vrai plus pour la localisation . On recommande !

Oasis parque est un endroit calme avec 2 belles piscines (intérieur et extérieur) ainsi que 2 cours de tennis. Nous avions dans l appartement les raquettes et les balles.Appartement spacieux avec 2 SDB. Restaurant à proximité et supermarché à 1 kilom.Nous avions une voiture avec parking ratuit proche de l appartement.Très bon séjour

Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer un très agréable séjour. Notre hôte ainsi que la personne qui nous a reçus ont fait tout leur possible pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables possible. L’accueil fut très chaleureux. L’appartement est très bien entretenu et la résidence est en parfait état. La piscine et l’ensemble des infrastructures nous ont permis de passer un super séjour que nous n’oublierons pas. Excelente apartamento mas com falhas demais para o valor cobrado

O apartamento é muito bonito, espaçoso e confortável, tem todas as comodidades para umas férias bem passadas. O empreendimento é agradável, a zona é calma e bonita, porém longe da praia, como já sabíamos, a área de lazer e a piscina são excelentes, embora, quando chegamos estivesse sobrelotada, durante a semana diminui a frequência de pessoas e o barulho e tornando-se bem mais agradável. Alguns aspectos necessitam ser melhorados pois, para o valor que é cobrado, não se pode aceitar toalhas de WC e de cozinha mal lavadas e encardidas, a limpeza do apartamento também não estava como deveria; toda a semana estivemos sem internet no apartamento e o proprietário nunca resolveu o problema; os canais de televisão captados são escassos. Depois de reservarmos a casa para 5 pessoas mediante as condições apresentadas, o proprietário informou que teríamos que fazer um pagamento extra do 5o cartão de acesso ao espaço de lazer, pois só disponibilizavam 4 cartões. Reclamamos desta condição surgida à posteriori, o proprietário aceitou, mas acabou por não haver qualquer problema com as entradas. Apesar destes contratempos e da comunicação com o proprietário não ser muito clara e confiável, foi uma semana muito bem passada.

A tv portuguesa só ficou a funcionar no 4 dia após estadia. Um copo partiu o valor cobrado foi de 5€, é inacreditável este custo . Enfim . O restante estava prefeito .
