The living room is bright and welcoming, creating the ideal space for shared moments with family or friends.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, inviting relaxed and practical meal preparation.



Outside, the well-kept garden offers a shaded dining area, sun loungers, and a plunge pool, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility. The BBQ area allows guests to enjoy outdoor meals in a serene, natural setting.



Moradia Caicco is located between Odiáxere and Vale da Lama, just a short distance from Meia Praia and Lagos, offering the perfect balance between seclusion and proximity to the beaches and amenities of the region.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

A very cozy and well-equipped villa, perfect for a quiet holiday. The outdoor area with barbecue and sun loungers made it easy to unwind, and the location offered both serenity and easy access to nearby beaches. We also appreciated the airport transfer service provided by the company.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had such a lovely time at this villa. The two bedrooms were ideal, and the air conditioning made it very comfortable even on warmer days. The kids loved the plunge pool and we loved relaxing on the sun loungers with a book. It felt private and peaceful, but we could easily drive to Lagosthe beach whenever we wanted. The combination of countryside tranquility and easy access to the coast made this stay really special.

Staying here was exactly what we were looking for. The house feels very cozy and has a real local charm. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating outside in the shaded dining area. The evenings were our favorite, having a BBQ while listening to the birds and enjoying the calm atmosphere. The location is great, with Meia Praia just a few minutes away, but the property itself feels like a hidden gem away from the crowds.

Peaceful Escape in the Countryside

We loved our stay at Moradia Caicco. The house is simple but very comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The garden is beautiful and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. It was so quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature, but still close enough to the beach and Lagos for when we wanted a bit more activity. A wonderful place to disconnect and recharge.
