It’s also 5minutes away from shopping center, restaurants, movie theater and 15minutes from Stonecrest Mall. Locating 4 miles away from I-20. This is a must stay apartment and very convenient for out of town travelers and business professionals visiting Atlanta.

The property was lovely and just as the photos showed, the property owners was very nice and accommodating. If you ever in the Atlanta area I would definitely recommend staying here cause I'm will be back there in the future.

Great stay in Conyers

This is a great location, great commodation, manager was easioy accesible. The one downside I have is that every footstep, or movement of furniture could be heard above. Outside of that one minor detail it qas great and met our needs perfectly!

Perfect but far

We came from Wisconsin to visit Atlanta, we picked this house because it was the perfect size and price for our group, which consisted of myself, my adult cousin and my 3 children (ages 10-14). There is a steep incline to get to the unit which was fine coming down but tiring coming up with all the luggage. We got into the property with minimal issues. It was clean and set up very pretty. The owner was gracious enough to leave us a few essentials such as coffee pods and laundry pods and other things, no other residence that I've stayed in did that. He was very timely when we had an issue and stayed in communication the whole time we were there, which was great. The house was about 30-40 minutes from Atlanta, which was my own mistake, I should've checked. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV so my older girls slept on the pull out couch (which is fine, they loved it) but when we pulled it out we noticed there was a bottle under the couch and in the master bedroom there were small things in the nightstand drawer that weren't thrown out from previous renters. But that was literally our only issues with this place. Even with the distance to where we were going I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the property except we did not realize that the apartment was down such a large hill and my mother is handicap so it was extremely hard for her. Otherwise the property was great.

Smells

The property had such a strong odor of pot it was difficult to stay in the rooms. We had a lot of noise from upstairs, there were over 5 cars beside ours. To the owners credit he did refund us $200. because we left 2 days early due to the smell and noise. No furniture outside other than a Pinterest project . Do not attempt to stay here if you have trouble walking up and down a steep walkway. Side note.. I wish the pictures on the add showed the actual place you are staying not the house upstairs.

Great place for a great price

My husband, two sons (age 3) and myself stayed here. It was a great location, very conveniently located. It was also very clean. The hosts did a wonderful job at checking in to make sure everything was going well. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

This will be my to go to rental for me and my family whenever we travel to Atlanta. This was birthday trip for my bestie. There was 5 ladies in my group and this spot was perfect. The property owner was very polite.

Great value for the money!

I don't know that I've ever given an all around 5 star rating, but this truly deserved it. The home exceeded expectations overall. The property is exactly as pictured. The owner was accommodating, easily accessible, and friendly. I loved the unexpected touches such as the water cooler, stocked coffee and tea, and toiletries. Many homes don't offer those little touches. We selected this property because we were visiting family and friends and various locations in the greater Atlanta area and wanted privacy for the 3 generations (kids, patents, grandparents) present. The 3 spacious bedrooms did not disappoint. The next time we are in the area, this home will definitely be on my short list. We travel often and I am pretty selective regarding accommodations. The only negative is that every property will now be compared to this one and I don't know if they will measure up.
