New luxury apartment on the beach (Nr2)

New luxury apartments on the excellent location. Only courtyard full of olive trees separates you from the sea. All apartments have sea view and balcony. They have fully equipped kitchen (including induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffe machine), every room has mosquito net and air conditioning. Large 50" TV. Bathrooms have walk-in shower.
Enjoy the sea and rest in the deck chairs in the shadow of olive trees. At night take a walk along the coast or go to nearby places (Zadar, Biograd, Fun Park Biograd...).

Whether you want peaceful holidays or enjoy sightseeing or adventure our villa is right place for you.
You don't have to walk too much - the Adriatic sea is only 5 meters from the fence of our courtyard.
If you like sightseeing enjoy the cities Zadar (18km), Biograd (11km), Šibenik (58km), Split (144km).
If you are nature fan enjoy national parks of Croatia: Kornati (accessible by boat from Biograd), Paklenica (53km), Krka (65km), Plitvička jezera (130km). There is also a nature park Vransko jezero (lake) 20km.
Weather you have kids or not you will also enjoy FunPark Biograd 13km, adventure park in Biograd 11km, rafting or just walking around Zrmanja river (50km).

Moderne, funktionale Ferienwohnung in guter Lage für Ausflüge

Die neue, moderne Wohnung (eine von vier im Gebäude, im EG ist die Ferienwohnung des Vermieters) ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Alle Geräte inkl. Klimaanlage sind vorhanden und funktionieren perfekt. Der Balkon bietet einen Meerblick auf die gegenüberliegende Insel Pasman und jeden Abend einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein riesengroßes Dankeschön! Der Ort Sveti Petar selber ist wenig spektakulär. Es gibt eine schöne Uferpromenade zum Spazierengehen und zum Schwimmen. Ansonsten haben wir die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge genommen: Zadar, Krka, Sibenik, Vranse-See, Inseln Murter, Pasman und Ubljan. Auch der Nachbarort Turanj bei der berühmten Herzinsel ist ganz hübsch.
