HILLTOP VILLA - PRIVATE LARGE POOL & STUNNING VIEWS & GREAT LOCATION & FREE WIFI

Quinta da Altura means “Top of the Hill Villa”, that is where you will exactly find the villa and is situated on the centre of the Algarve, close to everything you need (beaches, shops, golf courses, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping centre, and much more). Positioned on a hilltop, this charming villa is a great escape for a family or a group of friends comfortably sleeping 6 people (3 bedrooms) and one cot is also available, if needed.
On the first-floor guests can find a double bedroom (blue bedroom), toilet (wc) and a balcony area with table and chairs, so they can sit down and enjoy the magnificent views of the Amendoeira Golf Resort.
Ground floor: one bedroom with two single beds (purple bedroom), one double bedroom (green bedroom), two bathrooms with shower and one information room, where guests can sit down and look at all the leaflets, cards, books and other information’s regards to the villa and the area. There are also on ground floor a spacious overlooking the beautiful views living room with sofa, TV, a fireplace and a fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for the sole use of the guests.
The property stays cool in the summer heat as it has thick walls and excellent insulation; however fans are provided during guests stay. The property also provides free and unlimited WI-FI access and has solar panels which keeps the water hot longer.
The villa is situated on a private and peaceful location, completely fenced and gated entrance with parking space. Has an amazing outside space with stunning views, a large covered BBQ seating area and a large pool for sole use of the guests with under water lighting (amazing at night). The villa also has an outdoor shower, grassy areas/green areas around the property, outside toilet, play areas and surrounding you can find oranges, lemons, olives, carobs trees and much more. Close by the villa there is a small area with a range of different animals (small size) that guests can interact with, if they wish so. Great fun for the children as they can feed the chicken, ducks, rabbits, etc. There is around of this area a small play area for kids as well.
At night, the villa is well illuminated and has a viewing area, where guests can sit down and relax.
Quinta da Altura is the perfect place for relaxation, where guests can sit by the pool and enjoy the wonderful view to the Amendoeiras Golf courses, the sea and the mountains of Monchique. It is recommended that guests hire a car. The nearest towns are Silves, Armação de Pêra, Albufeira, Carvoeiro and Portimão. The beach that is closest to the villa (about 10min by car) stretches from Armação de Pêra to Galé in Albufeira. It is the largest stretch of sand in the central Algarve. There is a train station about 1km from the villa, you can visit Lagos or Faro by train.
