Great host and beautiful villa

We had a great stay at Demeures de la louve. We were welcomed by Pierrick, a lovely gentlemen always keen to assist during our stay. The accomodation was clean and very well situated near the Pramousquier beach, the prettiest of the Lavandou ❤️ We'll surely book again the villa next year🤞

Very spacious house close to the beach (less than 15 min walking distance). Easy parking in garage. Beautiful view on luxurious vegetation of the domain and the surrounding hills. Calme at all times. Big swimming pool with beautiful view as well. The house has many storage areas, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and overall the quality of the household materials is outstanding. Highly recommendable location.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub und der Verwalter sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die schöne Bucht war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Minimarkt und das nette Restaurant Cabane in 6 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles. Grüße Stefanie

Without air conditioning, temperatures of 30+ are simply unbearable

Ohne Klimaanlage ist die Villa für die heißen Sommertemperaturen einfach nicht geeignet. Ansonsten sauber. Der Pool liegt leider nicht im Blickfeld der Fenster. Man muss schon mit Kindern vor Ort sein. Wenn jemand im Haus das Wasser aufdreht oder die Toilettenspülung betätigt, singen die Wasserleitungen im unteren Schlafzimmer.

On va commencer par ce qui peut être mieux… La literie,la climatisation et la télécommande du portail… Le Reste est topissime, le voisin François trop sympa!!! Le calme, l’équipement, les espaces de vie, l’accueil, etc… Bref c’était vraiment top pour nous!!! Franck et Pierrick ont été au top. Mille mercis!!!!

La maison est spacieuse et agreable. Conforme à l'annonce. Belle Plage à 10mn à pieds. Piscine grande et agréable nous avions la chance d'être les seuls occupants...tout pour passer de tres bonnes vacances en famille. Au calme et dans la nature

Agréable maison et qui correspond à l'annonce.

Petit bémol sur le manque d'accessoire en cuisine( pas de machine à café type filtre ou expresso, pas essoreuse, petite poêle pas en bon état ... ) Pour la piscine, il faut faire un effort de nettoyage au niveau de la douche... Pour le portail il faut fournir une télécommande ,pour des raisons pratiques. Sinon l'emplacement est au calme , maison avec des espaces de rangement suffisant dans les chambres, à 15 min à pied de la plage de pramousquier. Nous avons était bien accueilli par Pierrick qui est à l'écoute et disponible pour les demandes d'information.

Maison mitoyenne ,mais bien isolée, parfaitement fonctionnellee et equipée.

Accueil très agréable. Malgré la canicule cet été ,nous avons aimé notre séjour et les enfants ont largement profité de la plage et la mer.

Villa calme et fonctionnelle

La villa est très fonctionnelle, bien agencée, calme et très agréable à vivre. Elle est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Nina qui s'occupe de l'acceuil de la maison est très disponible et serviable. Je recommande cette location.

Une semaine en famille

Très bonnes vacances dans cette grande maison où nous avons séjourné à 2 familles; les 4 chambres et la disposition de la maison permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité; la vue de la terrasse sur le massif des Maures est magnifique et apaisante et nous y avons mangé matin et soir; la maison est bien équipée; les 3 salles de bains sont très pratiques à 8; nous avons pu aller à pieds jusqu'à la plage du canadel qui est une magnifique plage de sable, à 25 min de la maison; le pramousquier est plus près mais c'est il y a des galets dans la mer. la personne qui gère la maison a été très disponible et a toujours répondu à nos besoins; seul bémol: la piscine peu utilisable en raison d'un problème de filtration qui n'a pas pu être réparé dans la semaine malgré l'intervention d'un technicien.

Very nice house in a lovely location

The house is very well kept and well equipped for a family. The area is quiet but close enough to some lovely beaches restaurants and shops. The property feels very private as does the swimming pool. The property manager is lovely, greeting you as you arrive and coming to wave you off on the last day. The beautiful wine in the fridge was much appreciated when we arrived. Plenty of bedding and towels are made available for your stay. We would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic villa in beautiful location

The villa is situated in a perfect spot as has some shade and sun all through out the day. It’s light and cool and the most well equipped villa I have ever stayed in as everything I could need was there. Very comfy beds and the thoughtfully provided towels for the pool were a godsend as well. Very clean and spacious and we loved the balcony area for eating in the evening. Fabulous vista to wake up to each morning and open the shutters to and it was so very hot and cloudless blue skies every day. The pool was great to be able to walk down to each day and cool off or the 5 min walk to the beach was also amazing and the beach side bars and restaurants were so close . We drove around the area to Lavandu, Cavalière , Hyères which were all lovely and Lavandu was close for anyone needed to have a food shop if needed. We visited some of the markets as well for the lovely fresh local produce. All in all the villa was a wonderful home from home plus more in a great setting and within reach of all you could wish for in such a beautiful area . We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

Excellent villa in beautiful location

The villa was a real home from home absolutely everything you could need and in immaculate condition. Local beach is a short walk away with the pool ideal for a cool off. Plenty of places to eat. Beautiful part of France would love to return.

Lovely villa in a stunning location

Beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and is conviently located for easy access to the larger villages and towns in the area. The villa is near several stunning beaches but also benefits from the attractive hillside location, offering gorgeous views. Very well equipped and very clean. There was nothing we felt was missing. Lovely pool and bathing area and ample secure parking. Would love to return in the future.

The perfect venue

Having spent many summers in the local area over the last 15 years, I can reliably say that this is one of the most lovely properties we have had the pleasure to stay in. I'll summarise our experience: - Booking was easy with great communication from the owner, - The property was easy to find with the directions provided, - The property isn't far from the beach/shops, - There was plenty of secure parking, - The villa was immaculate, clean and had everything we could have needed in terms of amenities, - The decor was gorgeous, it was do spacious and light, - The gardens and pool were lovely, clean with plenty of furniture, - All in all perfect for our large family group, no one had cause to grumble or felt like something was missing. I honestly can't think of anything negative. Yes I would recommend it to friends and have done, yes I think it's great value for money particularly for the area and yes I'll definitely be booking again for next year!!
