This is a home which gives space to all 10 guests (approx 400 square metres on 3 floors). The owners are constantly improving the property and are keen to ensure that your stay is the very best it can be.

The space
The villa is well designed, whether you are 4 people or 10, and furnishings are to a high standard. From the beginning of the summer 2025 season, there will be air conditioning in each of the 5 bedrooms (but not in any of the living spaces).

Layout:
Entry level: lounge, dining room, cozy den with sofa and TV, modern kitchen, conservatory with dining table, bedrooms 1 and 2 and 2 contemporary, efficient bathrooms (one ensuite to master with bath and bidet and separate shower room). Private access to terrace, pool and barbecue.

Upper level: bedrooms 3 and 4 and modern family bathroom with bath and shower. Private sun terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds.

Lower level: bedroom 5 with ensuite shower room and ante room with sofabed

Ground level: Garage for one car, table tennis table, lift and stairs to entry level.

Detail:
The kitchen is well equipped with American fridge, combination microwave oven, induction hob, wall oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers and plenty of utensils. There is an iron and ironing board and four hair dryers (one in each bathroom). There is an outside built-in barbecue area. The 4 bathrooms have all been recently refurbished and shower pressure in each is good.

Three of the 5 bedrooms have beds which can be either twin or superking. The remaining beds are 150cms. Each bedroom has a remote controlled fan and air conditioning. In winter months the house is centrally heated.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access all parts of the house, garden, terraces and garage with the exception of some personal cupboards and lift and pool machine rooms.
Other things to note
There is good wifi in the house. Please note - we are non-smokers and respectfully request you and your fellow guests smoke outside the property only. Any remedial work to damage or smell resulting from smoking will be passed on to you. Many thanks for your help on this matter.

We offer pool heating in the price between June and October however if the ambient temperature is too low for the pool heating to be effective we will let you know and offer you a refund up to the value of the heating cost.
