Fabulous views of the Emporda Valley. Sunny terrace. Quiet community with large pool. Walking distance from Platja de Pals and Sa Riera Beaches and amenities. Short drive to Begur with its lively restaurants and bars.

The house is set over three levels with entrance on the top level where there is car parking. Through the front door there is a small landing .

Down the stairs takes you to the middle floor and main open plan living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and hall way. Doors open from the lounge and hallway onto the sunny terrace, furnished with table and chairs. Steps from the terrace lead down to the swimming pool and grassed area. There are plenty of sun beds available for use of residents of all the houses.

Down the second stairs takes you to the three bedrooms and bathroom/s

Perfect place

We had a great stay at this nice, well-equipped house, but most of all the area is stunning. Amazing view from the terrace to the hills and close by villages. A lot of interesting places to visit around and you can choose from a nice rocky beach or big long one. The perfect holiday!

Lovely 2 weeks

We have spent a very nice time in the house and around. The house is large and very well furnished but if I am a bit picky I would say that a couple of things could do with some DIY, like the rusty shutters, having an antenna that works to be able able to watch the local TV channels, some plinth tiles are coming off the wall, the fridge door seal is breaking off... But overall we have had a nice time and we would come again

A villa in Begur

A nice place situated on a hill over the valley. It is in a quiet area, there is a swimming pool common for 8 apartments, but we were the only ones using it. The villa is spacious, well equipped with a nice big terrace. The only problem are the stairs. It´s not suitable for older people or family with little children. The beach is 20 min walk down the hill, it is clean, not crowded. There is a small supermarket in the area. We can recommend trips to Girona (Game of Thrones´ Braavos), Figueres where Dalí lived, Barcelona, etc. etc. Local markets are fantastic, there is always something new. We didn´t visit any of local restaurants since we ate in the towns we visited, and in the evenings we barbecued fish and seafood on the terrace.

Super séjour à Begur en famille dans cette belle résidence, au calme avec vue piscine. Très peu de monde à la piscine même en plein mois d’août, maison bien aménagée avec belle cuisine et chouette terrasse pour les repas avec une belle vue dégagée. La maison est très bien située sur les hauteurs, permettant d’accéder rapidement à 2 belles plages à pied. Je recommande et y retournerai volontiers ! Un grand merci à Susan pour toutes les précisions pour un séjour réussi !

Great family holiday

Enjoyed a wonderful family holiday. The property was comfortable, very well equipped and in a good location, with shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance (via the lower gate). This is a beautiful area and there are many interesting places to visit locally. We spent a lot of time and had great fun in the swimming pool, which is well-maintained. The hot July weather resulted in the master bedroom being uncomfortably hot at night, despite the ceiling fan. Perhaps some additional fans would be useful.
