About this property

Fabulous views of the Emporda Valley. Sunny terrace. Quiet community with large pool. Walking distance from Platja de Pals El Raco and Sa Riera Beaches and amenities. Short drive to Begur with its lively restaurants and bars. Beautiful Aigua Blava a short drive. Also Tamariu, Callella Palafrugell and Lla Franc

The house is set over three levels with entrance on the top level where there is car parking. Through the front door there is a small landing .

Down the stairs takes you to the middle floor and main open plan living area with lounge, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and hall way. Doors open from the lounge and hallway onto the sunny terrace, furnished with table and chairs. Steps from the terrace lead down to the swimming pool and grassed area. There are plenty of sun beds available for use of residents of all the houses.

Down the second stairs takes you to the three bedrooms and bathroom/s

After camping in the area for a number of summers we decided to buy our own property, allowing us to visit this beautiful part of Catalonia more frequently and share its beauty with our family an friends. We have owned the house for over 20 years

Only 40 minutes from Girona airport and just across the French border of the Pyrenees, our house is easily accessed by road and air. The Costa Brava, boasts beautiful beaches and spectacular countryside, dotted with medieval towns and coastal villages, all offering tasteful local fiestas and atmosphere with many fine restaurants and bars to enjoy anything from a relaxing drink and tapas to a full tasting menu. Perfect for all ages and interests
