Privacy, stunning views, only 10 minutes walk to a beach and into the hustle and bustle of town, with bars and restaurants lining the seafront. With the cool sea breeze reaching up from the bay – this is a wonderful holiday home! A gorgeous PRIVATE pool for a refreshing dip and take your pick between the pool side lounging area, 2 balconies or the roof terrace for sunbathing.
Roof: Partly shaded with loungers and table and chairs. The views are fabulous!
The villa has all hand made Turkish furniture (wardrobes, dressing table, mirrors etc) with plenty of storage for clothing. Woodblock and tiled floors throughout .
The pool terrace is set up for your enjoyment and views of the sea are magnificent. Extra sunbeds are positioned on balconies and roof terrace. The choice is yours!
For peaceful moments relax in our hammock under soothing pine trees.
Outside dining on the balcony overlooking pool.
Alternatively dine under the stars on the roof terrace with cooling breezes.
Garden and pool lights so that you can entertain or swim in the evening.

This is not a party villa. No swimming in the pool between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am. Noise around the pool should be kept to a minimum.

Great Villa, nicely perched up on the hill side and a decent standard within. Ideal for a large family or group.With its location, you will need a car or will need to use Taxi's. We thankfully had a Car and it wasn't a problem. Managing Agent was really, really helpful too !

Gorgeous property

The property itself was stunning - the views, interior and exterior were even better than the advert images. Unfortunately we experienced some maintenance issues (water pipe bursting from the roof and had no electricity upstairs for the last 2 nights) despite the issues, the property manager Sally was very helpful and had electrons and plumbers sent over very quickly however it did cause an inconvenience. Without these maintenance issues I would give 5 stars.

Amazing!!

Decided to go self catering for a change to the usual all inclusive hotels and so glad we did....the villa is so spacious and just perfect for a relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Lovely quiet area and having your own private pool was fabulous. A pleasant 10 minute downhill stroll to the many bars, restaurants and shops. Taxi back is recommended! Loved every minute and would definitely book again. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Chris and Tess

Very nice villa

We unfortunately arrived late because of probs with the internal flight but the property manager was helpful even though it was v late at night. She had also put some beers in the fridge which was v thoughtful. The villa itself is v nice with lots of room and the view over Bodrum is also very nice. The area around the villa is nice and quiet at night. I suggest you hire a car though as it is on a hill and the walk from the beach / shops is a trek. If it wasn’t on the hill though you wouldn’t get the view !! Bodrum itself is lovely and the people are v friendly. Lots of good restaurants to choose from.

We tried to stay at this property 2X previously and COVID interfered. These are Owners who have a management company, which I have no faith in. Tried to organize transport from airport never got a response till the day of. (I don't travel that way). We had told them we were arriving a day late because of family in Istanbul, they had already contacted me saying they were doing repairs in the home. So not a big deal should have been a warning. Finally got a response, the day after I was going to arrive. Had to cancel their plans because I had to scramble to set up myself. Arrived at the home, this place is in the hills, to walk down about 20 steps to the door. We were on vacation for over a month so we had bags, cab driver was not excited. Greated by a pile of moldy dirty laundry in entranceway and dead bugs all over the floor. Ok, maybe they had an exterminator? Looked like outside cushions. Came in and found refrigerator barely cold and ice trays not frozen, assumed they had just turned on. This house had nothing in it, not a towel , sponge, paper towel or spice. Had to immediately go out and buy everything and I mean everything. Like walking into a poor hotel room. Got groceries and cleaning supplies like dish soap, put stuff in fridge, and freezer. Fridge was not working everything was then warm and thawed by morning, The best surprise was the centipedes in our bedroom, live, crawling up the walls. NOT A FAN OF THAT BUG, especially where we were sleeping in horrible cheap beds. Probably fine if you don't want to share the bed with your spouse. Got up in morning, not much sleep found our food spoiled, and huge beetles crawling around. Took pics Sent to Owner. Got on the internet and booked another place, which by the way cost me $25 more per day, was fully stocked with basics, within walking distance that you did not have to cab back. Really is a hill, taxis struggle going up the hill. Told them we were leaving, had cab driver help us with bags, and he let the door close, they automatically lock, so key was in door. LOL, management company did not even have a spare, took them 2 days to get in. Lucky I was not staying there. They tried to give excuses, and act like I was wrong for leaving, we had a 9 day stay paid for, no refund. Hope they choke on the ill gotten money, Many better homes in the area, our stay in town was wonderful once we got out of broken down bug land.

Lovely pool area and comfortable beds. The villa is a little ‘tired’ but great location.

We enjoyed our week in and out of the pool and in and out of the local restaurants and bars. The villa had a few issues - the WiFi didn’t work at all, even to just do emails which was an issue as we had to check work emails. The kettle leaks and we felt it would be dangerous to use. The downstairs shower doesn’t drain properly and at least 2 of the chairs outside were broken with others being very rickety.

A week with friends in Bodrum Villa

Excellent time, in beautiful Villa in Bodrum. Super helpful owners and property management to deal with any of our concerns or issues. Wonderful Villa with loads of space, indoor and outside for lounging and dining options. All you could ask for in wonderful location.

Lovely views and facilities

Just got back from a week at Villa Leila and would recommend it. Great views across Bodrum a great pool for kids and adults alike and well served by taxis if you want to avoid walking uphill in blistering sun! Loved Bodrum and this villa and hope to go back soon

Lovely villa.

Great villa, far enough out of the hustle and bustle of Bodrum but close enough to walk if you're feeling energetic or a short reasonable taxi ride.

Our passion is property and we constantly find we fall in love with something when on holiday... hence we have Villa Leila and a cottage in France. We try to resist but temptation is strong. Who knows where next!

Why they chose this property

Turkey is exotic and yet has a European flavour. The food is delicious and the people wonderful... so very friendly and they love children. Our children have been blessed by many an old Turkish Grandmother. Bodrum is becoming more and more European in influence and it is an exciting place which is constantly changing and growing with the times.
We love the views from the villa and especially all the sounds of Turkey with the calling to prayer. There is nothing better than sunset drinks on the patio and then heading in to town for superbly cooked fresh fish.

What makes this property unique

Villa Leila sits into the hillside, overlooking the beautiful blue bay. Walking down to town early morning when sky and water are crystal clear and vibrant blue is very special. It is cooler up the hill side than in the centre when weather is hot and the pool is always welcome in Summer.
