Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parties... Nonrenting Visitors have a 12 Midnight curfew. Your visitors may be up to double the number of what you have arranged in your rental.
Nonrenting Visitors may not sleep over, use the showers or baths or they will be charged as a renting guest. Furniture IS NOT considered a bed!
Excessive wear and tear to our home, or the need excessive cleanup, can and will be charged. Non-scheduled guests will be charged.
