Large sitting room with terrace. Large dining area with terrace. Large kitchen. Utility room. Satellite TV. Wi-Fi and Internet socket in every bedroom. BBQ area for 20+ with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher. Badminton court. Table tennis. Heated adult swimming pool (extra charge applies). Children's swimming pool. Jacuzzi. Sauna & Gym (extra charge applies). Air conditioning/heating. 15 minutes walk to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to local supermarket. 5 minutes drive to Boavista Golf Club. 8 minutes drive to the historic town of Lagos.

Mandatory Breakage
1000EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit
and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
