Avantgard top styled rooms (TV LCD) and bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramics wash and dish machines. Outside building door to the marginal beach. Inside vip Vieira's region, and near excellent Portuguese restaurants, bars and fishing. Professional market (about 200 meters over the marginal). Near Leiria City, and Figueira da Foz's casinos. This was a very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a location that couldn't be beaten! Minutes from bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach and within easy driving distances to lovely, interesting towns and villages. Porto is easily reached in a couple of hours and other towns of interest that we visited included Batlaha, Fatima and Alcobaca. There is an open air market along the beach front where the local fishing boats' catches are landed and sold within minutes - well worth the spectacle! We would be very happy to return to this property and this part of Portugal again at some point.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beach front apartment. It is huge. The views from the balconies were spectacular. The restaurants were a short walk away and food was excellent. The booking process went very smoothly and the owners were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need and more and was extremely clean. We loved Praia da Vieira and we will return again for sure.

I work in a bank, so I am always dealing! I love being on deals. Joint together are the words that means "serving for leadership". Also I have a little baby boy at home, born in 2008. Green eyes as father (me) and blond hair as mother (my lovely wife). On weekend I swim in the sea with my father, both taking big waves. This is a ritual and I love to have just 24 years difference from my father and 20 from my mum. So I am living this live with them both together. Sometimes I'm with my little sister because she also loves big waves. I appreciate moto, gastronomy, theatres and music, history and traveling, and blue water. You can find all those ingredients here. And with all this love that i make this happening for you, the result must be probably good. I hope you enjoy! Cruz.

Why they chose this property

Holiday Properties over the sea were bought to our personal (family) access to the ocean. Without the goal of business, we had started to rent some periods in order to give you the same pleasure...that We (family) can find every time during weekends properties that are almost inside the ocean. I just want to give you, serving you this option with the same pleasure that I can find when I am taking the breakfast on weekends watching the magnificent blue ocean and taking the direct waves in the same minute.
Every property is inserted just on right the point (on the sand of the beach) and we had made every property decoration very comfortable and vanguardist.
