A beautiful, totally private villa with private pool, table tennis and pool table... perfectly situated within walking distance of two supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and shops.

The house consists an impressive open plan living room, double height entrance, and mezzanine floor, perfect for families and small celebrations (please ask me for details).
Huge Kitchen for family meals and a fantastic dinning terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The master bedroom boasts two walls of floor to ceiling glass windows with panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar.

The garden is wonderful for children. Fruit trees and a beautiful lawn make it perfect for playing, and the swimming pool has Roman Style steps, ideal for children’s paddling and those less steady on their feet when entering the pool.

Our family break

This villa has plenty of space and facilities for large families. The heated pool was great for the children to play in. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful week. We really enjoyed the pool, garden, table tennis and pooltable. Every morning the pool guy checked and cleaned the pool. The house was realy nice and enough space for everyone.Supermarket nearby, so every morning we had fresh rolls. We really recommend this residence. Regards Jacquelien

Christmas at Villa Blanca

We have just spent Christmas & New Year at the Villa Blanca .. on arrival we are welcomed with a beautiful decorated Christmas Tree .. a lovely gesture which continued to a wonderful stay. villa lovely very spacious great location near supermarkets & Beach all very relaxing and everything we wanted for our stay . Would highly recommend.

Totally Recommend

As described, great location. Villa was spacious, with enough bathrooms that no one had to share, all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Pool set in a private garden and driveway for a few cars. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Good family property

The pool and various games were great. Accommodation was good. There weren’t enough plates, glasses, mugs and mats that matched as we ate in most of the time. The gardener was very knowledgeable and helpful about the area.

Family stay

The Villa was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 children (6 to 12 years old). The pool and outdoor games were ideal for us in the hot weather and we were in the pool everyday. Used the bbq 3 times too. The ample space in the Villa so could chill out if needed. Would recommend for any large group and would book again.

Great villa

We were a family party of 6 adults and 4 children and the villa was great for our needs. The kids spent most of the stay in the pool and we all enjoyed the fact that all 10 of us could sit round the outside table in the shade. Tanya was also good to communicate with. The nearest beach is a short walk away and Estepona centre is 5-10 mins by car.

Villa and location overall

Two good supermarkets just down the road. Very peaceful location. Maintenance man very polite and discreet. Best beach is Cristo which is a good walk away but well worth visiting and it has two nice beach bars. Plenty golf clubs in the location where you can hire clubs and are family friendly. Villa very clean with more than enough space and plenty sun beds. We would highly recommend a stay.

Lovely Villa

Huge villa with lots of space for our family of 10 + a baby. Everything there that you needed & air con in every room. Nice pool used nearly all day every day! 2 supermarkets a short walk away. Lovely pool man Trevor who helped us out getting all the family into Estepona when we struggled to get taxis.

Wonderful family holiday

Even at first sight we loved it. A delightful property with every amenity. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the pool particularly because Trevor the handyman/pool serviceman supplied and fitted an excellent volley-ball net across the middle. Masses of pool toys which was also much appreciated. The house was large enough for all 10 of us not to feel on top on one another and the kitchen was large and very well equipped A great plus was having two supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go again.

Great place for group of friends

I stayed at this villa with a group of friends for a week while we attended the Solheim Cup golf competition. It has a well equipped kitchen, lovely spacious bedrooms, comfy lounge and great outdoor space with excellent pool. We could walk to the supermarket and the beach. We ate at some great restaurants in the old town and the harbour only a few minutes by car. We even had Sky Sports on the telly! Communication with Tanya, the property manager was fantastic and we had daily visits from other staff to check the pool, water the garden and fix any little issues. I would recommend it most highly.

Agréable maison familiale Clim dans chaque chambre Terrasse et équipements de jardin corrects Mais le bain à bulles était absent. La cafetière était trop petite et devrait être renouvelée. Les équipements de cuisine étaient bien suffisants. Les tentures de la chambre matrimoniale n'étaient pas assez opaques et absence d'armoire à linge (seulement penderie). Nous avons bien profité des lieux et avons bien apprécié Estepona :)

Excellent stay

Tanya replied to all my queries very quickly , lovely house for the 9 of us that stayed their , plenty of room , loved sitting on patio with the pool in front of us with Gibraltar in the distance chilling , drinking sangria and chatting till midnight each night .. saw graham every morning who discreetly came into garden to do his work every morning , think I made him jump by sitting outside with a cuppa at 7 am . Very charming and pointed us in the direction of a better water park than the one we were going to . We all loved our stay that was all the kids plus girlfriend and my mum , so glad we chose it to celebrate a 50th , two 30th and a 25 yr wedding anniversary . Thanks for letting us stay

Great Villa that holds 10 comfortably!

We had a great family holiday at Villa Blanca. Great pool and the addition of the table-tennis and pool table kept the kids entertained all day. Plenty space inside as well to chill out and find a quite space. 2 Supermarkets on the door step. Do need a taxi or car to get to the town centre or marina for eating out, however we BBQ 5 nights out the 7! Tanya could not have been more helpful. Replied almost instantly to our requests throughout the booking process.

Great January break

My family, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at Villa Blanca. The facilities the villa included reached a high standard, ensuring both a holiday and homely feel. The villa and pool were very clean on entry and we received a useful starter pack that included contact numbers, recommended restaurants and day trips around the surrounding area. The location was in a prime position for our group and was a short walking distance to the beach, golf course and the nearest supermarket. The site team were very responsive with any queries or issues that we had and they did their best to satisfy our needs. Overall we had a fantastic time and we will be looking to come back very soon.

would highly recommend

Arrived Villa Blanca terrific spacious accommodation, clean and well-appointed with all the amenities and close to the shops, which have a great selection of products . Had a great BBQ Christmas lunch at the house fantastic heated pool, would recommend anyone staying there. Joy upon joy finally found a property with a nice big master bedroom and fantastic views of Gibraltar and the African Coast loved it and will be booking again for the early summer.

Beautiful Villa

A delightful villa situated in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, local supermarkets and the authentic Estepona town and port. It is beautifully decorated with large furnished rooms, creating a spacious yet homely environment. The villa has a fantastic pool, the depth of which was particularly well suited to both my partner, children and I. The garden was perfect for sunbathing in peace and privacy and the built in barbeque was well used. If however your more of the energetic type like my children, there is a good sized outdoor ping-pong and pool table providing hours of family entertainment. Days and evenings saw us venture into nearby Puerto Banus, Marbella, Gibraltar, Aqualand and Butterfly Valley. The latter two were particular favourites of my children. The service from inquiry to departure was uncomplainable. Indeed when a sole light bulb needed replacing, staff were at hand almost immediately and were friendly and courteous. Overall our holiday was one to remember and we will be hopefully returning in 2016.

Very Disappointed - Shabby & Unclean

We were very much looking forward to staying in this villa, the pictures and description made it look idyllic. HOWEVER, once we'd maneuvered the car into the VERY tight driveway and entered the property we were disappointed pretty much straight away. The property had a musty aroma to it, the furniture was very old and tired, the kitchen was large but very very dated, and we had to wash all the crockery/cutlery as it had a thick layer of grease everywhere. The appliances were the cheapest money could buy, and not even a hoover was supplied. There were hardly any wine glasses, and those that were provided were mismatched and of poor quality. The bathrooms were tired, scruffy and desperately in need of replacement. The towels were old and cheap and like sandpaper, and the carpet in the master bedroom was disgusting - heavily stained, and there was even half a false eyelash lying on the carpet. It was very dusty throughout (proved by the fact i had to use my asthmatic inhaler an alarming amount of times) The outside terrace was a bit of a mess, bits of broken toys etc. I have written to the owner twice about our disappointment and was told i'd get a response, however, a week later that is yet to appear. Such a shame as we have stayed in some stunning villas with high quality fixtures and fittings several times a year, and this is one we most definitely NOT be returning to.
