Nestled in the foothills along spring fed Whit Creek, this easily accessible, yet private 22 acre property lies halfway between Cody and the East entrance of Yellowstone Park, on the "50 most scenic miles in the U.S.A."
During the Prohibition era, Whit Creek was a mecca for moonshiners, among them, Jack Spicer, who was renounced for his brand of moonshine liquor, due in part to the quality of the spring fed water. Coincidentally, Jack was killed in a gunfight on April 1, 1933, the same year Prohibition ended.
Five fenced acres for horses, arena, large lawn area with running creek, circular pull through driveway, fruit, pines, aspen trees, quiet, private forest area.
