Sleeps 8. Well equipped 4 bedroom modern house on a lovely 50 acre site. Bright, sunny position, with larger than average garden area, for barbecues etc and surrounded by fields on two sides. Full central heating and double glazing - ideal for off season breaks. Powerful showers in all three bathrooms. Rental price in 2019 does NOT include automatic membership of the Leisure Club, and entertainment, but does include use of the Cafe, where wi-fi is available.

Perfectly sited to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is about a mile off the main A30 dual carriageway, and all parts of the County are within an easy drive. Close at hand are some of the "jewels" of Cornwall, being Newquay, Padstow and the Eden Project.

What makes this house unique

It is on the edge of a holiday complex, but surrounded by fields on two sides. With four double bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen and immaculate open plan living area, Little Eden is perfect accommodation for a great family holiday. Set in the grounds of the prestigious Atlantic Reach Resort. Little Eden is situated about ten to fifteen minutes drive from the stunning beaches of Newquay.

Notes on accommodation: All the double beds and mattresses were replaced in early 2015. This is a pet-free property. Group bookings are not accepted. (Group Bookings are defined as those where there are 3 or more adults between the ages of 18 and 30 in a single property with no children aged under 18 or adults above the age of 30. Outside: We think this is the best property on the site being situated in a quiet corner, with fields on two sides, more space around it than other properties, yet still within easy access of all the facilities when required. There is a robust wooden 8 seat picnic table/bench. Property cleaned between each letting. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Wi-Fi is not supplied in the property, but is available from the Cafe area. The rental price does not include automatic membership of the Leisure Club in 2019.

Well laid out, clean, comfortable with good bathroom facilities.

Ideal holiday complex for a family, would not be the same if we could not use the leisure facilities, as family used most on offer. Convenient to get meals at pub on site, reasonably priced, car needed to access larger supermarkets.

Located 4 miles outside of Newquay the complex was easy to find and had easy access to many places, with use of a car.

Great property, lovely site, easy to book and great base to explore the area

Really pleased with the property, clean and well looked after, exactly as described. Great customer service from the owner, easy booking process, there was a burst water main in the area on our first day and he forwarded the message from Wessex Water to keep us updated.

Used the site gym, swimming pool and evening entertainment. Found all enjoyable and staff friendly. Found the food at Manor Arms on the expensive side for what it was.

All in all we had a great holiday and would recommend this house as a great base to explore Cornwall.

A perfect family holiday

Just back from a lovely week in Cornwall. The weather was kind to us and this accommodation was perfect for all 3 generations of our family. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and ample comfortable lounge space all tucked away in what I can only suggest is the best location on the whole site. Lots to do for all and many wonderful beaches close by.

Spacious, well equipped and in a great location

We had a great stay at this property. There were 4 adults and 3 children in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. Although it is on a holiday park it is situated in a spacious corner, detached from other properties and very peaceful. If you want to use them it seemed there were lots of things going on on site but we spent all of our time out exploring Cornwall and the amazingly well equipped kitchen meant that cooking evening meals was a doddle. It has a really large fridge and freezer and I couldn't think of anything I would want in the kitchen that wasn't provided. I would really recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

The Café, Bar can be used by all clients.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
