Villa Zelda - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment (100m²) with TOTALLY PRIVATE GARDEN AND POOL (not shared) for your own exclusive use in the garden apartment of Villa Zelda in Roquefort les pins. Restaurants, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy close by.

SLEEPS 6 ADULTS (06330 France) 500m from the village centre where you will find a supermarket, boulangeries, butchers, Banks and ATMs, pharmacy and several restaurants with open-air terraces and our local Bistrot "le Cappucino". Your apartment consists of the entire ground floor of the Villa and is totally independent. You have your own entrance, your own garden (400m²), a private pool for your own exclusive use (End APRIL until 25 SEPTEMBER) 5 meter above ground octagonal pool and of course your own teak outdoor furniture and large charcoal Barbecue.
Decorated with beautifully restored French furniture in a shabby-chic French style. WIFI Fibre, Large Smart TV with NETFLIX.

CAR parking and 4x4 with roof box ONLY.
Sorry no Space for large TRUCKS or MINIBUS!

THREE BEDROOMS, (Double 160cm, Double 150cm, 2 single beds). Baby bed and high chair free of charge on request.

Arrivals are after 4pm, departures at 10am (to allow for cleaning and preparing the villa - thanks so much!)

Beautiful, private house with all amenities you could need. Our host, Dorothy was so friendly and helpful. She was available if needed but otherwise we had complete privacy. There's an easy walk to supermarket,and choice of bakeries, as well as a separate produce store with amazing fruits and vegetables. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this 3 bedroom home in Roquefort-les-Pins.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay. Clean and spacious apartment in beautiful small French town. Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, and supermarket. Short drives to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, and St Tropez. Wonderful and helpful hosts.

Great place!

Great place! Very nicely kept place in a good location 30 minutes driver from both Nice and Cannes. Nice garden and swimming pool. We had all our meals outdoors in the nicely kept garden/terrace. Local super market, bakery, restaurants etc just around the corner. Owner/manager Dorothy is a gem and is extremely positive, nice and service minded!

Roquefort-Les-Pins

This is a perfect home in a quiet charming village in close proximity to Nice and Cannes but also close to many surrounding charming French towns. Dorothy is an outstanding host and lives on site and pays close attention to all the details of your stay. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for tranquility away from the nearby coastal crowds.

Wonderful villa

The house was perfectly placed in the town and was just right for us as a family to visit other family members. With two little ones the garden and pool was safe and the swimming pool was at the right height so not to have be constantly worried about the little one. Dorothy could not have been a more friendly and welcoming host and so vey accommodating. It is a beautifully decorated house with everything we needed we will most certainly stay there again.

what a blast of hospitality

Dorothy is an amazing host. I don't remember having this much of a welcoming and comforting experience lately. The house matches the description, the location is perfect, and you will find everything nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, all rooms have windows, safe and clean neighbourhood, and max 30 mins away from major attractions/cities/beaches. It is no surprise why the current rating is 10/10. 100% genuine.

Villa Zelda was every thing advertised The Host was amazingly Friendly, Kind, and extremely knowledgeable when informing us of all the places such as Markets, Best Restaurants, Shopping . Any questions we asked were always answered whit a warm greeting smile. Roquefort Les Pins is a extremely Friendly little Village especially the local Butcher he couldn't do enough for Us. our host had written instructions for using any appliances. Every need we had was met. We would recommend Villa Zelda to any one wanting a quiet beautiful little get away on the French Riviera. A perfect stay

Mom, dad, big sister (10), brother (8) and little sister (2) had the most amazing stay in this lovely little villa. The raised pool was where the kids spent the most time, while the parents could relax in the sunlounges. We even had grandparents and friends of the family staying with us for a few days each, and everyone left feeling relaxed and ready for the hustle and bustle of real life. Our hostess Dorothy was the best! So kind and thoughtful, we found that our every need had been anticipated. If we needed help (for instance with booking a table at a busy restaurant in french) she was always available, and otherwise we were left alone in our own little cocoon. And the chest with kids toys was amazing! We hope to return to our little french paradise soon!

Dorothy est une excellente hôte. Accueil impeccable, disponible et serviable. La maison est propre ainsi que la piscine. Bien localisée par rapport à Cannes ou Antibes à 30 minutes. Intermarché pas loin. Un bémol toutefois c’est la proximité avec la route qui est très fréquentée qui empêche de dormir les fenêtre ouverte par exemple.

Etwas Abseits vom touristischen Trubel am Meer war die Ferienwohnung für uns der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach bspw. Monaco, Gorges du Verdon, Nizza, St. Tropez, … Somit für alle, die es etwas ruhiger haben wollen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute bei der lieben Vermieterin Dorothy willkommen gefühlt & sie stand uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ohne zu aufdringlich zu sein mit Tipps zur Seite. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und mit Getränken überrascht. Am Kühlschrank wurden wir mit unseren Namen begrüßt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie entsprach unseren Vorstellungen bzw. hat diese übertroffen. Een absolute aanrader in de Provence

Wij hebben een maand gelogeerd op dit adres. De woning is comfortabel en prachtig ingericht. De gastvrouw is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is prachtig. Binnen een half uur ben je met de auto in Nice, Cannes of een van de prachtige middeleeuwse dorpjes in de buurt. Musea liefhebbers kunnen in deze omgeving ook hun hart ophalen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub in Südfrankreich

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der Gastgeberin Dorothy sehr herzlich empfangen - sie spricht sehr gutes Deutsch :). Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns in der Villa Zelda sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza und Antibes aber auch Ausflüge nach Saint-Tropez oder in die Berge (z.B. Gorges du Verdon) sind problemlos möglich. Trotzdem ist man in der Wohnung abseits jeden Tourismustrubels und hat im Ort alles Notwendige (z.B. sehr guter Bäcker, Pizzeria, Restaurant, Supermarkt...). Vielen Dank nochmals an Dorothy, die zu einem perfekten Aufenthalt beigetragen hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle FeWo mit wunderbaren Vermietern

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel, man ist aber ruck zuck in Antibes, Nizza und Co. Ein schöner Garten mit Achteckpool ca 4 m durchmesser bietet herrliche Abkühlung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt keine Klimaanlage aber in jedem Zimmer steht ein Ventilator. Fernseher mit Netflix etc. aber der wurde fast nicht gebraucht, weil man so viel unternehmen kann. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke etc liegen in Laufentfernung. Dorothy und Francis sind ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hat es irgendwie gestört, dass sie oben wohnen. Sehr zurückhaltend, aber immer da wenn nötig. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist durchaus befahren, aber nicht so, dass es lästig wäre oder wirklich gestört hätte. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!!!

Freundliche Vermieterin - schönes Ambiente

Ein schöner Urlaub, besonders dank Dorothy, die uns als Vermieterin schon beim Ankommen das Gefühl vermittelt hat, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Die Villa Zelda ist sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Garten ist großzügig und der saubere Pool war ein Highlight - wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft!

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Gastgeberin

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Familienurlaub in dieser Wohnung mit eigenem Garten und Pool. Das Grundstück ist auch für Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet. Dorothy ist eine tolle aber trotzdem angenehm zurückhaltende Gastgeberin, die fließend Deutsch und Englisch spricht. Etwas irreführend war in der Objektbeschreibung, die Aussage, dass es 2 Badezimmer gibt. Tatsächlich gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und 2 Waschbecken;zusätzlich gibt es eine separate Toilette. Was man wissen sollte, ist, dass das Haus an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Gerade der Berufsverkehr stört morgens und spätnachmittags die Ruhe.

Delightful Apartment

From the directions to the property to the end of the stay I cannot find fault. The apartment and garden were great to relax in with the added bonus of the pool to relax in. Dorothy is a wonderful host and when my husband became unwell during our stay she could have not been more helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on the cote d'azure.

Great place with a fantastic host!

We really enjoyed our stay and Dorothy was very accommodating, helping us with a cot and high chair which meant we didn't have to try and pack them 😀. Also the pool was perfect if you have little ones as it is raised up so they cannot just fall in. The location is beautiful and the weather was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a lovely week at Villa Zelda in May, the property is lovely and spacious, well equipped and in a really good location for exploring Nice, Grasse , Antibes and lots of other smaller but lovely Provence villages. Roquefort Les Pins village is 5-10 mins walk from the villa with everything you need including a great supermarket, boulangerie, butchers , pharmacy and much more, also a good range of restaurants and can definitely recommend Pepperoni and Auberge du clos pins for some excellent food. Dorothy was a great host, making sure to welcome us on arrival and on hand if needed. Would definitely recommend Villa Zelda for a fabulous place to relax or explore.

What a fabulous Host!! ❤️

My husband & I stayed for 3 weeks and it was just wonderful! The accommodation was just beautiful and there was everything we needed and more! We had our own garden complete with pool, bbq, sun loungers and dining table and chairs! Wasn’t quite warm enough to take advantage of all those but next time!!!! Dorothy was the perfect host and so helpful even giving us some T cut after an altercation with a high kerb!!! 🤣. Everything was faultless. We met Dorothy as a host and at the end of the 3 weeks I felt like I was leaving a good friend!! Thank you Dorothy and we will definitely be back!!! With love Joyce & Mike xx☘️

We are Dorothy & Francis - a Franco-Irish couple who have lived here since 2004. We really want your stay to be as pleasant and relaxing as possible so please ask us for any insider information on things to do and places to go in the area, especially for children. We know that guests like their own space so we are very discreet, but we are always on hand should you need anything.

Why they chose this property

This is a great village for bringing up children - there is a very relaxed atmosphere which we like a lot. We used to pass through this village on our way to Francis's parents house and I always wished we'd have a house here one day. We're far enough away from the city yet we have everything we need on our doorstep - it's only 5 minutes walk to the village centre. Cannes is only 16 kms away and even a trip to Monaco is only 45 mins by car! In ski-season you can find yourself going skiing on Saturday and off to the beach on Sunday! The sunshine of course is one of the main reasons for buying here rather than in Dublin! Quick access to the Airport means we can pop home more often.
