Situated in a peaceful, residential area, just two minutes walking distance to the nearest tramway station, Boutonnet, which will take you directly to the Place de La Comedie in Montpellier's city centre.
We rent out this beautiful house which is perfectly located for long stay English speaking families who would like their younger children to attend the International Section Primary School of Sibelius Pottier or the Camille Claudel College for older siblings, both establishments are within 10 minutes walking distance of the house.

La maison vient d’être achevée, elle se compose de 3 chambres de lits 2 personnes, une des chambres est équipée d'une douche italienne,une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, 2 wc, une grande cuisine toute équipée ( four traditionnel, lave vaisselle, four micro onde, frigidaire avec congélateur, hotte aspirante) ouverte sur le séjour. La clim est réversible le tout est neuf.
