Host was very attentive and available. Location had great access to stores, tram, and old city. Kitchen was amazing.Small private patio would be great for morning coffee or evening apéro. Comfortable bed.

Great spot to enjoy Montpellier

Tram works are going on right now, but if you enjoy walking it doesn't matter. Apartment itself is lovely.

If this property is available book it now…! Our host Myriam was very quick to reply and so kind, she has thought of everything! The property is so beautiful, perfect location and still feels like your own sanctuary. The outdoor grotto area is amazing! Easy 15 minute walk past little shops and bakeries to Place de la Comedie. Loved the full kitchen and beautiful shower and bath, super comfortable beds and lounge area for the evening. Thank you Myriam, we loved our home away from home, the finishing touch to a perfect holiday,we will be back!

Everything is there

From convenient location in a nice neighborhood near the historic area to the open floor plan and comfortable beds - it is all here. We visit Montpellier often and will return to this welcoming home.

Excellent rental

Stayed for a little more than two weeks. Very nice neighborhood, somewhat outside city center but only a short walk to it. Apartment was perfect for our needs. Myriam was very responsive.

Very nice place

Myriam was a great communicator and I enjoyed meeting her. Her place is very spacious and luxurious. It was very close to the grocery store and a few minutes walk to La Place de Comedie town center. It is in a quiet area with a cute park nearby.

Extended stay in Montpellier - 10 nights

First off the property looked exactly as pictured. When we arrived we arranged to meet the host Myriam and her friend at the property where they greeted us, showed us the property, explained where everything was, and gave us the keys to the apartment. We enjoyed the large island, open living space and being able to completely open up the sliding doors to the outside space for inside outside living. A delightful quirky in the best way apartment.Location was ideal just 10 minutes from Place de La Comedie and L'Ecusson. It is also located just off the new Tram line 5 that will open in December.

Great Stay

What a pleasure it was to have an old fashioned VRBO experience, in which we dealt with the actual owner of the property, and not some big, anonymous rental management company. Myriam was an extraordinary host and made us feel like a guest in her home. She personally greeted us on arrival and was constantly available during our three week stay to answer questions and offer advice for activities in and around Montpellier. She even lent us her parking space for a short period when we had a car rental. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen and thankfully terrific air conditioning for some hot days. The entrance to the converted building is a bit unconventional but opens into a lovely private patio area that is quiet and private. The location of the unit in the Gambetta neighborhood is conveniently close to the old town, and near a terrific supermarket, pharmacy and numerous bakeries and food hall. The second bedroom, an entirely interior room, was perfect for a single guest who visited us for a short time, and would be ideal for kids, but perhaps not a second couple for a long stay. Everything functioned well, and we were pleased to have a very good washing machine.Myriam was a delight and her home made for a wonderful stay. If only all our short term rental stays were so nice!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit riesigem Wohnbereich und Kochinsel. Die Gastgeberin und die Einrichtung vermittelten das Gefühl bei Freunden zu sein und nicht nur zur miete. Keine sterile Hochglanzwohnung – dafür um so mehr Charme. Definitiv einer der schönten Unterkünfte in den ich je zum Urlaub war. Vielleicht für Kinder unter Teenager nur bedingt geeignet. Leider wird im Stadtteil gerade in der Hauptstraße groß gebaut, was zwar in der Wohnung nicht zu hören war aber die Lage beeinträchtigte. Baustelle soll 2026 fertig werden.

Superbe appartement, fidèle aux photos, en parfait état, très propre et très bien situé dans Montpellier. La terrasse est très agréable également. Myriam nous a reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement au charme si particulier !

Nous recommandons cet appartement bien équipé et douillet. Un cocon au milieu de la ville. Myriam est une hôtesse parfaite: sa gentillesse et son sourire ont ensoleillé notre séjour! Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in Myriams Wohnung und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Loft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten beim Bäcker, im Supermarkt und in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank an Myriam, sie ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Autumn Break

We had a lovely break in Myriam's delightful property in Montpellier. Everything was as described and well equipped. Very quiet location considering near the city, courtyard was lovely and relaxing. Location is a short walk from the City Centre and convenient for supermarkets and local shops. Myriam herself was very thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed. I would recommend the property.

Lovely apartment in great location with wonderful amenities

We stayed in Myriam's lovely apartment for two weeks with our two young girls and absolutely loved our time there. We would return again if possible. The apartment has a good location near the city center with close access to the tram line and a large supermarket right down the street. The apartment had very good amenities in terms of the kitchen, laundry, tv/internet and A/C for the summer heat. We took advantage of the lovely outdoor space on the patio and garden most evenings. Myriam was very responsive to all communications before and during our stay and provided a nice orientation to prepare us for our stay. Our family had a wonderful stay and our girls are already asking if we can return next year. Highly recommended to any staying in Montpellier.
