Près d'une des plus belles plages de Chypre (à seulement 250 mètres). Excellent rapport qualité / prix (voir commentaires).
Les appartements SunBay comprennent de beaux appartements spacieux d'une chambre, tous dotés de grandes vérandas et donnant accès à un joli patio décoré de pergolas de jasmin et entouré d'une variété d'arbres fruitiers et de haies.
Autorisé par l'Office du tourisme de Chypre. SunBay se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture des meilleures plages primées d'Agia Napa et de Protaras.
SunBay est reconnu pour sa propreté, son service amical et sa proximité de la plage.

herzlicher Empfang

die Wohnung war für zwei Personen schön groß, alles wesentliche vorhanden. An zwei Tagen in der Woche wird von der Vermieterin, die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ist, sauber gemacht und die Wäsche gewechselt. Sogar Blumen stehen auf dem Tisch. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Great Apartments

We spent 11 excellent days in Cyprus. We were in one of the upper appartments with a spacious balcony getting sun all day. The apartments were very clean and supplied with fresh towels whenever needed. With the beaches only a short walk away and its position in a quiet neighbourhood, it was the ideal location for our little family. Eleni is the kind soul who cares for everything. She even alowed us to take fresh oranges, citrones and grapefruits that grew on the site. This is definetily a place we would come back to and recommend to others.

Home away from home

We were a group of three spending 4 days in Cyprus. Our stay at Sun bay apartments was more than nice. We were very pleased to spend time inside our apartment as much as we had fun sight seeing and clubing in the nearby clubs and restaurants, especially El Greco rest around the corner. Eleni the owner is more the gentle neighbor than the owner. I recommend families, individuals and even new wedded couples to stay here, it's a place for all.

Holiday at Pyla apartment

We apreciate very much our stay in the apartment, the location is very good-only few steps from the beautiful beaches of Larnaka Bay-very clean and well equiped. It's perfect if you want to relax and even if you want to rent a car and move through the island. It's about 20 minutes from te city centre-by bus, which are always on time- and 10 minutes by car. Nearby the apartments there are lots of facilities: restaurants,pubs,markets. To rent this apartments is certainly a good choice!

Excellent place to stay!

We had a marvelous stay at Sun Bay! The description about the apartments is very accurate, but there was more. Very hospitable hosts: Eleni welcomed us with cold water, cold beer, Cypr wine and lovely smelling flowers (indian jasmin) in the room. There is a special tap in the kitchen for potable water; we filled our bottles, put them in the freezer and had cold fresh water all day. It was very hot, so the water was a necessity… There is a washing machine, which came in very handy because of the heat wave: we had fresh tops etc whenever we wanted. The terrace has good sun beds with cushions and a nice big parasol. All the windows have sun blinds, and the bedroom is air-conditioned. Eleni told us she wants to make her guests feel at home; well as far as we’re concerned she did a wonderful job! When she went shopping, she bought delicious rolls for all the visitors. The apartment gets cleaned two times a week and if we were not up-to-date with doing the dishes: Eleni and/or her friendly helps did them for us. Nice big towels, a good sweep and clean sheets, kitchen and bath room. Both Eleni and Antonis are easy to talk to; we learned a lot about the Cyprian way of life and we were told what would be nice to visit. We did not hire a car, but used the busses. The bus to Larnaca comes about every half hour, from there you can go everywhere. We used www.cyprusbybus.com to plan our travels; because of the available WiFi and the tablet we brought with us very simple. Travelling by bus is cheap on Cyprus; for example: you can buy a day ticket for € 3,=. Our first trip, from the airport to the Sun Bay apartm, gave us the first example of the hospitality of the island: the driver called Eleni for instructions and brought us to the door of the apartment. Late at Saturday night the busses are not spectacular: the last bus to the airport is at 8 p.m. But Eleni and Antonis found a very acceptable solution. Thanks again! On foot we went a couple of times to Mama’s to eat; tasted good and the prices are okay. We made an organized trip to the Troodos mountains with stops at Kakopetria and the Kykkos monastery. The reservations were made at nearby Golden Bay hotel; the pick-up was at the same place. A really nice day. On August 15th we went to Kiti and witnessed the procession in and around the church. Very impressive. I could go on and on. But the overall conclusion: do visit Cyprus and try to get an apartment at Sun Bay! Pieter and Jacqueline, Tijnje, The Netherlands

Eleni, Thanks a lot for the best hospitality in Cyprus! A well-equipped and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice and not overloaded beach. I would recommend renting a car to explore the island, but it depends - local transport and bus avaliable. Clearning two times a week. Thank you Eleni, hope to see you again.

Great appartments

Rooms cleaned twice a week/ Eleni, the owner, brings fresh bread twice a week, 5 min per feet to the beach, also 5 minutes to a few restaurants, cocktail bars, bank, supermarkets, 1kmto pyla (countryside) 1km to the motorway...rent a car and explore cyprus: 10 min to larnaca, 30 min to agia napa, 20 min to cap greco, 40 min to famagusta, 50 min to limassol, 40 min to nikosia....beautiful and grat places, beaches...quiet bays, clrystal clear water, nice places for diving and snorkeling,....we wnt there in the first two weeks of october, still 30 C+ and the water about 27 C... we enjoyed our trip, loved the place at sun bay appartments and cant wait to get back there soon!! <3 Jennifer and Jojo, Vienna, Austria

We would like to thank Eleni Sardos for our wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and nice, and the little terasse out the back was perfect for having dinner out side. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back sometime. We do recommend a car however because the beaches are nicer near agia napa, a 20mn drive away. Elise

Good and clean apartments

This was a nice rental accomodation with everything thats required for a stay away from home. With Eleni as the host, things got even better as she was so hospitable. The location is also fantastic. Its about a 20-25 mins drive from the airport and we went to Ayia Napa(30 mins) and Pafos(1hr 40 mins) and Larnaca Phinikoudes(15 mins). Golden Bay is just few mins away. The other plus point is the calm locality. Motorway is also very close by. Only thing that was not so great was the fact that the aircon is only in the bedroom and during peak summer time and in the daytime, staying in the living room can be quite uncomfortable. Finally, the price we paid was also very reasonable. Its nothing fancy, a decent one bed apartment but for those who want the feel of home, I would highly recommend these humble apartments!

Verblijf Sun Bay appartment 2

We zijn een week in het appartement geweest. Het appartement was prima. Het balkon is groot en je kunt er heerlijk zitten. Het was erg schoon en werd ook nog 2 keer schoongemaakt. We kregen op verzoek 2 standbadlakens. Dichtbij was een supermarktje en diverse eetgelegenheden. Ook de bushalte was op ongeveer 5 minuten loopafstand. Daarom hebben we geen auto gehuurd, alles was prima te doen met de bus. Er was vrij veel informatie over Cyprus aanwezig in het appartement. Al met al een aanrader. Wilma Bouma Heerenveen Nederland

Home away from home

Our wonderful hostess Eleni gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel at home straightaway. A well-equipped and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood: kettle to make tea, adapters, maps, washing machine. However, we would recommend renting a car to explore the island. Nearby restaurants rather pricey, except for good value G.I. Snacks serving large and tasty portions of fish and chips, burgers, sandwiches. Thank you Eleni, hope to see you again.

nice apartment in grat location

We had a great stay at sun bay. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, has a great porch and is in walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants and a little grocery store. It is just a 10 min drive to Larnaca and a short drive to the highway to see the rest of the island. The fresh bread from Eleni was a great treat!

What a delightful place to stay! We picked up a car at Larnaca airport and following Eleni's clear instructions found the apartments without any trouble. She met us on arrival with beer and wine, showed us around the apartment, gave us information on nearby facilities and attractions, and left her cell phone number in case of any difficulties. The property was spotless, everything worked, the water was hot, the kitchen fully eqipped with all necessary utensils, and the beds comfortable. There is a modern washing machine and a drawer full of books and pamphlets on things to see and do on the island. Parking is plentiful and the apartments are not on a busy road. They are designed so that each apartment is very private with its own deck and it is all wonderfully peacefull and quiet. There is a small supermarket and several good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The beach is also easily accessable on foot. Eleni would call in every second morning or so with fresh bread rolls and make sure all was well. There is even a barbecue complete with charcoal and firelighters: it works very well! We travel extensively to all corners of the world and and this is right up there as one of the best places we have stayed in. We hope to return to Cyprus again one day and this is where we will stay.

A lovely place to stay and a brilliant hostess!

We had the pleasure of staying at SunBay apartments for two weeks from the 23rd August this year and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Upon arrival Eleni was there to meet us even at the late hour of 10.00pm and was extremely hospitable during our stay. We were a five minute walk from the beach, there was a supermarket at the end of the road and restaurants round the corner. It is an ideal place to stay if you want peace and quiet at times but also want to be able to get to night life, shops etc within a couple of minutes drive/ fifteen - twenty minute walk. We always had a clean apartment (the cleaners are lovely) and once a week were given fresh bread rolls, we even had a bottle of wine upon arrival. We will definately stay with Eleni again as we have been to Larnaca many times and have now found a lovely place to stay in a town we love so much! Thanks again Eleni. July 2009

Just got back from our first visit to Cyprus and were lucky enough to stay at the Sunbay appartments. The appartments were good value for money and were kept very clean and contained all we needed for our stay. We were met at the airport by taxi which was arranged by Eleni and we were taken right to our apartment. It was a residential area which suited us as we like the quiet nights. The beach was a short walk away and had sun beds and umbrellas for hire. There was also a freshwater shower for 50cents also toilets and changing rooms. There is a bus into Larnaca which takes approx 30 minutes and comes every 30 minutes. I would defiantley recomend these apartments to friends and hopefully will be back to stay in the future.

Schöne Ferien

Relativ ruhig in der zweiten Reihe gelegen. Sehr gute Anbindung an den schönen Sandstrand (5 min Fußweg). Wohnung wird 3x wöchentlich gereingt. An diesen Tagen bekommt mann auch frische Brötchen. Auto wird empfohlen, wenn man auch das Umland kennenlernen will. Busverbindungen sind nach Lanarka und Agia Napa vorhanden. Ausflüge empfohlen in die Region Lanarka, Trodos und Agia Napa. Am Ort reichlich Themenrestorants, Pap's und Cafe's vorhanden. "Oase Club" empfehlenswert. Angaben auf der Web-Side sind richtig und umfassend. Insgesamt ausgezeichneter Service durch den Vermieter und erholsamen Urlaub (Mai/Juni) und empfehlenswert.
