I’m a professional host offering four comfortable and beautifully decorated guest rooms in my elegant Victorian terrace home, set on a peaceful street just off Brighton’s lively Lewes Road. This listing is for one of our bright double rooms, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The room features a brand new double bed with a memory foam mattress, a small double sofa bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a 42" smart TV, fluffy towels, and ample storage. It shares a large, luxury bathroom (with separate shower and bath) with just one other room—and when that room isn’t booked, the bathroom is yours alone. There’s also a separate cloakroom conveniently located nearby.

Guests receive their own key and fob to come and go freely. A generous continental breakfast is included and served on a self-serve basis in the kitchen/diner. Choose from cereals, toast, yogurts, cheeses, jams, juice, tea, and coffee—available any time before 11am on check-out day.

You’ll be just a 3-minute walk from Lewes Road’s cafes, shops, and excellent bus links, and around 15 minutes from Brighton city centre, the Lanes, and the iconic seafront. After a busy day, unwind in our peaceful, secluded garden—also the designated smoking area.

I welcome solo travellers, couples, families, and friends for short or long stays. Discounts are available for extended bookings—just ask. The house is also ideal for parents visiting students nearby.

Please note:

There is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends; and

The house may not be suitable for children under the age of 3, as my two beautiful rescue cats are quite sensitive and easily stressed by high levels of activity and noise.
